Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は壁面（下地又は台紙）上にコブ鎗シをすると
、導電性繊維中の水の蒸発によツて乾燥と共に一部繊維
の弾力作用にて塗布部材上に導電性繊維の針状の毛羽立
たせたものであって、その目的とするところは、導電性
繊維の毛羽によって空気又は塵埃等を帯電させて毛羽よ
シ除電するようＫしたものである。
従来壁面（下地）に塗布した繊維壁材の塗装面には樹脂
皮膜によって混合繊維部材が凹凸状に形成されて居るの
で塵埃等が耐着するの欠点があった。
この発明は之等の欠点を除去したものであって、この発
明において導電性繊維に金属イオン、例えば銅イオンを
吸着させる仁とは繊維自体に弾力性を附与するためのも
のである。
この発明において導電性のある塗布部材面に針状の毛羽
を形成したのは、コロナ放電によって静電気を除電する
ためのものである。
実施例 図面と共にその実施例を説明すると、アクリμ樹脂繊維
に金属イオン例えば銅イオンを吸着させて染色加工した
繊維を５麿鯛程度の長さに切断して、これを４６０部と
糊材即ち合成樹脂エマルジョン化した接着剤としてＣＭ
Ｃ１００部を混合して水４０００部を入れて練合して得
たる混合壁部材（りを下地（１）（又は台紙）にフチ塗
りして水分を蒸発させながら乾燥するにつれて繊１１（
８）がその弾力性によって塗面よシも毛羽立って来ると
、その毛羽の先端によって静電気を除電するのである。
従って毛羽Ｏ数は多いほど効果が大である。
以上のように、この考案は、混合壁部材を下地又は台紙
にコテＩ＆！１１して水分を蒸発させながら乾燥するに
つれて金属イオンを吸着した繊維がその弾力作用によっ
て塗面より毛羽立ちの増大によって静電気を除電するの
で、室内の壁面の塵埃を排除して常に壁面は清潔であっ
て室内の清掃を容易ならしめる等静電気障害を防止しう
るの特徴がある。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　アクリル繊ＪＩＩＫ金属イオンを吸着させて適当な
    長さに切断した導電性繊維部材を水と共に合成樹脂接着
    剤とを混合し、該混合部材の塗布被水の蒸発によシ乾燥
    させて一部の繊維の弾力作用にて壁面上に前記導電性繊
    維を毛羽だたせ九静電気を除電する壁材 怠　壁面が壁紙よシなるものである特許請求の範囲第１
    項記載の静電気を除電する壁材
