Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は播種装置に於ける散水装置に係るものである。
育苗箱をコンベアで横送させ、その上方位置に、床上供
給装置、種籾散布装置、散水装置、覆土供給装置等を設
けておくと、育苗箱内に床上、種子、水、覆土が供給で
きて自動的に播種作業を行なうことが出来る。
上記の装置に於ける散水装置のノズルは、簡単に製作し
得ることから、合成樹脂のパイプを用いている。
即ち、合成樹脂のパイプの底面、一定間隔を置いて多数
の散水孔を穿孔するのである。
第１図に示したものが公知のノズルであり、合成樹脂製
パイプＡの一端に栓Ｂをなし、下面には、一定間隔を置
いて散水孔Ｃ９Ｃ・・・・・・を穿孔しているが、この
構造だと、水滴りが大粒となって、ボタボタ垂れる現象
が見られる。
その原因について注意してみると、隣設する散水孔Ｃと
Ｃの間の水が繋がって、水膜Ｅが形成され、それが原因
して大粒の水滴りになることがわかった。
よって工夫した本件考案は水平の合成樹脂製パイプの下
面に所定の間隔を置いて複数個の散水孔を穿設したもの
に於いて、前記散水孔の外面は、一体的に膨出する盛上
がり突部に形成してなる播種装置に於ける散水装置の構
成としたものである。
図により説明すると、１は合成樹脂製パイプであり、水
平状態に横架されており、一端開口端２には栓３をする
。
前記パイプ１の底面４には一定間隔を置いて散水孔５，
５・・・・・・を穿設するが、該散水（Ｌ５，５・・・
・・・の外面は、一体的に膨出する盛上がり突部６，６
・・・・・・を形成したものである。
このように構成すると、散水孔５から流出した水は、横
に伝わらないので第１図でした水膜Ｅが形成されず、極
めて細かい水滴になって全体的に散水することが出来る
。
本考案は以上の如く、水平の合成樹脂製パイプ１の下面
に所定の間隔を置いて複数個の散水孔５゜５・・・・・
・を穿設したものに於いて、前記散水孔５゜５・・・・
・・の外面には、一体的に膨出する盛上がり突部６．６
・・・・・・を形成したものであるから、前記第１図の
公知例と同様に極めて安価な費用でノズルを形成できる
ばかりでなく、前記突部６，６・・・・・・の作用によ
って、第１図でした水膜Ｅが形成されず、水滴を細かく
し得る特徴を有する。
なお、第３図は、製作を容易にするために工夫した一例
であり、前記パイプ１を上半分７と下半分８のニラ割と
したものであり、このようにすることによって、突部６
，６・・・・・・は勿論のこと、散水孔５まで容易に形
成することが出来る。

  1. 水平の合成樹脂製パイプの下面に所定の間隔を置いて複
    数個の散水孔を穿孔したものに於いて、前記散水孔の外
    面は、一体的に膨出する盛上がり突部に形成してなる播
    種装置に於ける散水装置。
