Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本゛発明は端閉塞前部と後部と共Kf状シェル部分?含
むプラスチック材料のチューブ包装容器(関する。本発
明は又チューブ包装容器ts造する方法をも含む。
プラスチック材料で作られたチューブ包装容器の使用と
製造は長い間知られている。これらの包装容器は一収に
プラスチック材料の継目なしft’中央押出し型を含む
押出し装置から押出し、押出されたチューブン適当な長
さく切断して製造される。これらの切断したチューブ部
分はやや剛性のチューブ支えt備え、又ねじ閉S頂部ン
備えた従来型のキャップを含むことができる。このチュ
ーブの支えは管の−ysY:射出型に部分的に導入し、
そこで溶融プラスチックを圧力下で型に押圧して、型の
空間にプラスチックを充填し、型の空間に挿入されたチ
ューブ部分の縁帯と共に融合して得られる。同様にチュ
ーブは次に従来の方法で開放膚を通して充填し、該肩部
に沿って横密閉手段により閉塞される。
然しながら、このようなプラスチックチューブの製造は
比較的おそ(、従って高価となり、又チューブは印刷す
るのが困難である。この方法がお゛そい理由はチ二−デ
の押出しが技術的理由で毎分2.6メートルしか行なわ
れず且つチューブ支えめ射出成形が長い冷却時間を必要
とするからである。
上記の欠点はチューブパッケージのシェル部分が縦重ね
横目を有する分子配向プラスチック材料からなり、後端
閉塞部がシェル部分の平らな且つ横方向に密閉された部
分で構成され前端閉塞部がシェル部分の延長部の屈曲収
縮部分で構成され、該収縮部分の前部に閉塞したそそぎ
孔を備えている事を特徴とする本発明により克服される
本発明は又アクリルニトリルプラスチック(BLREe
X )の押出しクエデを引伸しにより縦方向に方位し、
クエゾが所望の文や装飾の印刷を備え、ウェブを縦方向
切断線により多数のウェブに分割し、#部分ウェブの各
がウェブを管バッキングユニットに対応する長さに切断
する事によりチューブに折りたたみ、部分ウェブ長さの
縦縁な横目により互いに接合し、形成されたチューブを
心細にら合し、チューブを加熱し、心細のゾロフィル熾
Ilf周囲に収縮ケひき起し、別製造キャップ部分をそ
そぎ口周囲に#接し、チューブtその開放端を通して内
容物を充填し、該開放漏を平らにし且つ密閉する事を含
むチューブ部分の製造方法t’%黴とする。
次に本発明を添付の図式図χ参照して説明する。
本発#!Aicよるチューブの製造に於て、先ず・適当
な材料を製造し払ければならない。チューブを作るプラ
スチック材料は概して、例えびポリエチレン、ポリプロ
ピレン、ポリエステル等の種々のプラスチツタ材料間の
薄板から構成されるが、本発明によるチューブ包装容器
の製造に非常に適した材料は商標名BAREXで市販さ
れているアクリルニトリルプラスチック型である事が立
証されている。
この材料は押出し、配向が容易で且つ高周波技術による
緩接が非常に容易であるという利点がある。
更に、アクリルニトリル材料CBAREX )は非常に
良好な気密性、特に酸素?通さず、更にこの材料は殆ど
の薬品及び溶剤に対して抵抗性がある。従って、本発明
による包装容器はr!lR索に反応する製品及び塗料等
の型の製品のバッキングに最も適している。従って、本
実施例に於てはプラスチック材料はBARIICXで構
成されるとみなされる。
材料は材料の広いクエデtスロット型押出し型ケ通して
押出し、その際材料ウェブなその縦方向に伸長させると
共に、同時にウェブの元の幅な維持するか又は互いに近
接して位置した多数のローラを通すようKして増大し、
それKよりいわゆるネック効果、即わち引伸しの時、ク
エデの収Jim妨げる。ウェブの配−は約70−90℃
のプラスチックの温度でなされ、ウェブが一対の協働ロ
ーラの間な通るように行なう、その前方ローラ対は押出
し装置の供給速度にほぼ等しいか或いは若干上回る周囲
速度で回転する後方ローラ対よりも高い周囲速度で回転
する。供給速度の異なる該ロール対のおかげで、ローラ
対の間のクエデ部分は引張られて材料の分子配回がもた
らされる。引張りの間横方向にウェブの収縮を防ぐ該ロ
ーラは前方及び後方のローラ対の関に位置し、原則的に
ウェブが少配同引伸し交差路に面するようにもたらす。
クエデの両縁を互いに同時に引張れば、より包括内構配
向が得られ、従つ【材料が横方向に引伸される。
厚さの減少もなす配向被層が冷却可能にした後、それは
マガジンロールに巻取る事ができるか、又は所望の文又
は装飾をウェブに与えるためK)!1択的印刷方法によ
り直接印刷する事ができる。印刷されたウェブは続いて
平行な部分ウェブに分割され、各部分ウェブは装飾の完
全幅を含む。次に、am分ウつェの各が部分ウェブの膚
R領域を互いに結合し、それらY密な且つ丈夫な重ね接
目に融合して管に形成されるシートに切断される。該部
分ウェブの各は上記の如く引伸しの間ウェブが一定の幅
に維持されるので、成る横配回が生ずるけれども、殆ど
縦方向に配回される。P−ム型部分4の収縮のため、材
料が形成管の横方向に配向を有する必要があるので、チ
ューブは部分ウェブの前部の仕上げチューブ包装容器の
周囲ケ若干越える部片が切断されるように作られる。切
断部分は夏ね接目に切断ウェブの部盆に部分ウェブの前
縁と中縁Yif1合して11に折りたたむ。この事から
部分ウェブの幅がチューブ包装容器の長さにほぼ相当し
なければならない(又は二つのチューブ包装容器ユニッ
トの同時製造が債に記述する方法で行なわれる場合は二
つの包装容器の長さに相当)。
BA皿Xウウェがその代り横方向にほぼ分子配向される
と、それは適当な配回程度が達成されるまで、横方向に
ウェブの縁から連続的に引張る事によりなす事ができる
が、形成部分ウェブがその代り連続管に作られ、その縦
軸は部分ウェブの縦軸K 一致し、その際該連続管がチ
ューブエニットに分割され、その各はチューブ包装容器
ユニットに相当し、その際該管ユニットは上記の方法で
充填且つ閉塞された心細上収Iaにふされる。
原理的に電ね接目の密閉は材料の配回ストレスの解放と
変形される縦横目に於ける材料の収縮を容易に伴なう事
ができる。この事は材料が密閉の間、引伸したまま維持
できれば通常妨げられる力ζこれが内鑵な場合にはその
代り第2図によるMなり部分を直接互いに融合するため
、溶融BAR11i:X材料又はBAREX K匹敵す
るプラスチック材料の細片12’t’重なり緑地帯10
と11の一万又は両方に押出し、それ′%:Xいに抑圧
できる。この方法は押出しプラスチック細片12からの
熱が重なり緑地帯10と11の表面層に@這され、そこ
に置かれた細片12と共に表面融合を生ずる一万、方位
BARKX材料の配向ストレスが解放されず、従って緑
地帯の収縮が回避されるという利点を有する。
縦横目に沿って密閉され、形成されたチューブ1はチュ
ーブ包装容器ユニットに相当する長さ8に製造するか又
は大きい長さに作って後にチューブ包装容器ユニットに
相当する長さに分割する事ができ、第6図にはいかにし
て管の長さ8が心細9に与えられるか?示し、この心細
はこの場合筒状部分13に連続するプロフィル前W21
Y:有する。管の長さ部分8が心細にら合した後、好ま
しくは熱空気又は放射熱の形で熱を心細9と接触してい
ない管部分の前部’j4に与える。加熱により材料の方
位ストレスが解放され、プラスチック材料の収縮tひき
起し、心細9のプロフィル部分21に対し正確に嵌合す
る。従って、管8の前部14は第6図に破線で示したよ
うに造形される。
造形の後、心細9は管8から引張られる。造形操作の後
、管8は雪の慣wfr面の面積よりも若干小さいそそぎ
口を得て、上記の事から明らかなように、該そそぎ口は
必要ならば、突起フランジにより囲まれる。該そそぎ口
周囲又はフランジ上に、ねじ目とねじ頭を備えたプレハ
ブの例えば射出成形の中ヤツデ構造を容易に溶接できる
。BA即X材料が媚周波により容易に′#I接できるか
らである。実際の溶接は同時に高周波コイルを含む道具
によりプレハブ部分を押圧して管上の該そそぎ口に適合
させて行なわれる。電気高周波界が生ずると、材料が加
熱されて、接置プラスナック部分間の融合が通成される
。必安な反圧力を得るのに、内側心細9が管から除去さ
れる前にキャップ構造を溶接するのが4当である。
より間車な開口とそそぎ構造が第6図に示すような該突
出フランジ13’&−押圧し、熱で密閉し、続いてチュ
ーブ包装容器を開く時切断する事で開傘に得られる。
第4図に従って、製造方法は一つの操作で二つの包装容
器部片を同時に一緒に収縮する事により合理化する事が
できる。g″′4図から明らかな如く、6軸は二つの部
分16.17からなり、これらの部分は分割ライン18
に沿って互いに分離している。二つの包装容器ユニット
の同時製造は縦横目に沿つ″′C密閉された方位伸張プ
ラスチック膜の管15を4虻心棒16.17にら合し、
その際6軸のプロフィル領域に位置するf15の部分2
4’に加熱して収縮させ、部分24が結合心細のプロフ
ィル部分に正確に適合するように形成される。プラスチ
ック材料が冷却により安定した後、6軸16.17は相
互軸運動により互いに分HAする事ができ、そのvAg
s図に示したその収量部分18゜1st備えた成形管1
5が線20に沿って分離して、二つの包装容器ユニット
の部片ン得る事ができ、これらの部品はこの後閉塞する
か、キャップ構造を備える事ができ、上記の方法で充填
され且つ最終的に密閉される。
二つのパッケージユニットを同時に製造する方法の利点
は管14が切断線20に沿って分離する時、製造された
開口により限定された成形開口構造に於て、そそぎ口が
平らで、いかなる事後処理又は仕上げt必要としない事
で、他の場合では収#i1部分のそそぎ口を形成する縁
線が収縮処理の後しばしば若干むらになるので、そうし
た処理ヲ要する事が多い。管は又良好に定めた菫部の長
さY得る事ができる。
第1図に本発明によるパッケージの分解図が示されてお
り、それから明らかな如く、チューブ包装容器はほぼ円
形筒状管体からなり、その後端に同ってテーパーχなし
、直線横方同密閉横目3で閉じられている。チューブ包
装容器は更にドーム型又は屈曲部分4を含み、それは好
ましくは円形そそぎ開口5に終癩しそいる。管体IK沿
って縦方尚密閉横目2が延長し、その−熾は横万同密閉
横目3とそそぎ口5のSa嫌にそれぞれ位置している。
上記の如く、チューブ包装容器はデレノ・プキャップ構
成体により閉塞する事が出来るが、この構成体は第1図
に従って外ll1iIvcねじ目を備えた管状そそぎ口
Y含む射出成形部分6かうなる。キャップ6は更に同様
のプラスチック材料の射出成形カラーと従来型のねじキ
ャップ7w備えている。
プレハブ牛ヤツデ構成体6,7はチューブ包装容器にそ
そぎ開口5周囲に取付けられるが、収縮管8.15はま
だその6軸9にら合している。キャップ部分6は好まし
くは管体と同じプラスチック材料であり、それは例えば
BAREXのような高周波で密閉できるf→、スチツク
材料でなければならない。
中ヤツ!部分6の取付けはそれ′Ik−高周波コイルと
結合した特殊な道具でそそぎ口5周囲の領域に抑圧し、
内側心細9が支え工具を形成するように行なわれる。高
周波電界により、キャップ部分6のカラーのプラスチッ
ク材料とそそぎ口5周囲の境界地帯が加熱され、その際
中ヤツ!部分6がチューブ包装容器の前部と共に融合す
るように作らべその中に管の収縮部分4に対し強力に押
圧される。
ここに記載した型のチューブ包装容器は従来のチューブ
包装容器より相当合理的に且つ従って安く製造される事
ができ、又押出しではあるが、配回伸張されない従来の
チューブ包装容器より相当薄いプラスチック材料から作
る事ができるので、材料コストが非常に低くなる。更に
チューブ包装容器は酸素にさらしてはならない品物或い
は溶剤或いはポリエチレン、ポリゾロぎレン又は塩化ぼ
りビニール型の通常のプラスチック材料がバッキング材
料として使用できない他の侵攻性薬品を含む物のバッキ
ングに使用しうる。

Claims (8)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)  プラスチック材料の包装容器の製造方法に於
    て、プラスチック材料の押出しウェブな引伸しにより配
    向し、該ウェブは印刷により所望の文や装飾を備え、ウ
    ェブな縦方向被膜ラインにより多数の部分ウェブに分割
    し、これらの部分クエプの長さtチ二−デに折りたたみ
    、部分ウェブの相対する縁部分を互いに11I、なり接
    目で結合し、該重なり地帯ヲ溶融プラスチック材料の供
    給連続により互いに密閉し、成形チューブの各を6軸に
    設置し、チューブのmsv加熱し、6軸のプロフィル端
    表面周囲の収縮をひき起し、チューブχ、心細から取り
    去って、充填物を充填し、閉塞する事な特徴とする方法
  2. (2)  特許請求の範囲第1項記載の方法に於【、該
    成形チューブを分割可能の6軸にら合し、チューブ中心
    部分を加熱し、6軸のfaミツイル分に対し、収縮且つ
    適合し、その際6軸の部分χチューブから異なる方向に
    分離且つ脱し、且つチューブをその収量部分の切断によ
    り分割゛して包装容器ユニットを形成するようにしたこ
    とtfj徴とする方法。
  3. (3)%許請求の範囲第1項記載の方法に於て、チュー
    ブの縦方向接目の密閉が溶融プラスチック材料を互いに
    重ねるチューブの緑地帯の一方又は両方に供給し、その
    際縁な互いに結合し且つ押圧する事を物像とする方法。
  4. (4)特許請求の範囲@1項紀載の方法に於て、プラス
    チック材料を二軸方向く方位される方法。
  5. (5)管状シェル部分を前方端閉塞と後方塙閉嶌と共K
    fプラスチック材料チューブ包装容器に於て、シェル部
    分は縦方向接目を有する分子方位グラスチック材料から
    なり、慢方癩閉塞はシェル部分の平らな且つ横方向に密
    閉された部分で構成され、前方熾閉毫はシェル部分の延
    長部の屈曲収縮部分から構成され、該収縮部分の前部は
    閉塞そそぎ口を備えている事を特徴とする特許
  6. (6)  特許請求の範囲第5項記載のチューブ包装容
    器に於て、プラスチック材料がBkREXの商標で市販
    されている型のアクリルニトリルプラスチックで構成さ
    れている事を特徴とする容器。
  7. (7)特許請求の範囲#I5項記載のチューブ包装容器
    に於て、チューブ包装容器の前方閉塞がそのそそぎ口周
    囲に設仕られた管状7ランジY含む事を特徴とする容器
  8. (8)特許請求の範囲@5項記載のチューブ包装容器に
    於て、該そそぎ口が溶接キャップ構成体くより閉塞され
    る事を特徴とする容器。
