Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、例えば建築物の柱頭部あるいは出入口等に
おいて装飾的にアーチを構成する際に下地として使用さ
れる構築用型材に関するもので、その目的は簡潔な構成
であり、かつ、施工性の良好なものを提供することにあ
る。
建築物において、その柱頭部あるいは出入口等、外部よ
り見える部分をアーチ状に仕上げろ例が多い。
しかしながら、従来の下地を使用してアーチ状に施工す
る場合には多くの困難を伴うものであった。
この考案は、前記従来の難点を解消するために創案され
たもので、以下図示した実施例に基づいて説明する。
1はこの考案の型材を示したもので、この型材1は薄板
金属板をチャンネル状に形成してなり、そのウェブ部分
2を若干、台形状に凹ましてなり、フランジ部分3には
平行に一定間隔、爪片が外側に突設されている。
そしてこのフランジ部分には一定間隔、巾方向に平行に
外側縁より基部にかげて切込み5が設けられた構成にな
っている。
使用に際しては、例えば柱頭部あるいは出入口等をアー
チ状に仕上げる場合、その曲率に応じてウェブ部分2を
内側に彎曲させれば切込み5がV字状に開き所要の曲率
をもったアーチ状に形成されろ。
このようにアーチ状に形成された型材1は、例えば柱頭
に取付けられる場合、第3図に示すように梁等の水平材
6と柱7に跨って固着される。
この場合、柱7の固着部分は型材1を柱7に鉢巻き状に
取付け、アーチ状の型材1を強固に固着させている。
また、第4図に示すよう出入口部分をアーチ状にする場
合は半円弧アーチ状に形成した型材1を塀の開口端部に
おける垂直材の上端間に跨って取付けられる。
このようにして配設された型′#10表面に、他の部分
と一体物にラス8を被覆し爪片4を折曲げ固定し、その
表面にモルタル9、および仕上材が施されてなるもので
ある。
この考案は以上述べた構成からなり、ラスの取付けを爪
片にて容易、かつ、確実にしたばかりではなく、フラン
ジ部分に一定間隔、切込みを設けたことにより、容易に
所要の曲率のアーチ状に彎曲することができる等、従来
の施工の困難性を一気に解決したものであり、したがっ
て施工費の軽減が期待できる。

に取付けた状態の正面図、第4図は出入口部分に取付け
