Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は内側からみた時には鋳物風調に見え、外側から
見た時にはステンレス製鋼に見えるフライパン、鍋等の
煮炊具に係るものにしてその構成を添付図面を参照に詳
述すると次の通りである。
ステンレス製の容器１の外側の底部と外壁面を研摩して
光輝面２に形成し、内側の底部と内壁面を細かな凹凸の
粗面３に形成し、この粗面３の表面に鋳物肌に見えるよ
うな黒色系統の防錆塗料を使用してこの凹凸かうよらな
い程度に薄く塗布して防錆層４を形成する。
この粗面３形成はショットピーニング加工等が良く、防
錆塗料としてはシリコン樹脂液等が良い。
図中５はフライパンを図示しているため片手バンドルで
ある。
本考案は上述の様に構成したから次の様な特長を有する
ものである。
■ 容器１自体ステンレス製であり乍ら外面はステンレ
ス特有の光輝面２であるからステンレス製に見え、内面
は粗面３に形成している上にその表面を黒色系統の防錆
塗料を使用して粗面３の凹凸がかくれない程度に薄く塗
布して防錆層４を形成したから鋳物製に見える。
従って見る角度によってステンレス製に見えたり、鋳物
製に見えたりするから非常に風変わりなフライパンや鍋
等になる。
２ 一般にステンレス製のフライパンや鍋等は熱の集中
率が強いためすぐにこげつく欠点があったが、この点本
考案は内側の底版と内壁面を細かな凹凸の粗面３に形成
したから凹部が油溜になると共に煮炊物が底部にぴった
りに接触しないで凸部上に接触することになるからそれ
だけ接触面積が少なくなるからこげつきを防止すること
になる。
３ 更にこげつきを防止するために粗面３の表面に防錆
層４を影哉しているから一層こげ゛つきを防止すること
が出来て使用結果ではステンレス製であり乍らほとんど
こげつきがなく使用することが出来る。
４ この防錆層４も粗面３の凹凸かうよらない程度に薄
く形成したものであるから上記した第２の効果をそこな
うことがない。
５ この凹凸による粗面３を形成したことにより容器１
自体の組織が鍛えられて気密化されるため剛性に富み誤
ってぶつけたりしてもへこんだりすることがなく丈夫で
耐久的に使用出来るフライパンや鍋等になる。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステンレス製の容器の外側の底部と外壁面を研摩して光
    輝面に形成し、内側の底部と内壁面を細かな凹凸の粗面
    に形成し、この粗面の表面に鋳物肌に見えるような黒色
    系統の防錆塗料を使用してこの凹凸がうまらない程度に
    薄く塗布して防錆層を形成した事を特徴とするフライパ
    ン、鍋等の煮炊具。
