    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子ビーム発生源と、発生した電子ビームを所定角度偏
    向せしめる電子ビーム偏向部と、所定の金属が収容され
    偏向された電子ビームの照射によって金属蒸気を発生す
    るるつぼと、るつぼから発生した金属蒸気が蒸着される
    被蒸着物とを備える蒸着装置において、前記電子ビーム
    偏向部にその制御電流が所定範囲を超えたとき電子ビー
    ム発生源の入力電流を遮断する保護回路を設けたことを
    特徴とする蒸着装置。
