Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、家屋における躯体組立用部材に関するもの
である。
近年、独立住宅、集合住宅筐たは事務所等の家屋の需要
が高１ったので、プレハブ工法による建築が広く行なわ
れるようになった。
プレハブ工法では、初めにコンクリート製基礎を作り、
その上に必要な階数に応じて鉄骨を組立て、この鉄骨に
外壁用パネル、内装材、屋根材等を固定して、家屋が作
られる。
従来、このようなプレハブ工法による建築では、予じめ
必要な長さに切断した鉄骨部材を部材生産工場から建築
現場に運び、そこでこれらの部材を溶接、鋲打およびボ
ルト接合で組立てることが多かった。
ところが、このような工法では、建築現場での組立に手
間がかかり、また建築現場へ溶接や鋲打の熟練工が出向
かなければならないという欠点があった。
そこで、部材生産工場で、鉄骨部材を大形パネルに組立
てておき、これを建築現場へ運び、そこでこれらの・大
形パネルから家屋の骨組を組立てることが考えられた。
しかし、この方法によるときは、大形パネルが嵩高いた
め、運搬に費用がかかるという欠点があった。
この欠点は、特に部材生産工場から見て遠隔地にある建
築現場へ船舶やコンテナにより部材を運搬する必要があ
るときに、著しかった。
この発明者は、上記の欠点を除くために、ボルト接合だ
けで組立てられる部材を予じめ作っておき、この部材を
建築現場またはその近傍の組立工場に運び、そこで大形
パネルを組立てることを考えた。
また、その部材は、できるだけ種類を少なくすることを
考えた。
この発明は、上記のような考え方に立脚してなされてい
たものである。
すなわち、この発明は、リップ溝形鋼からなる第一の構
成材と、リップ溝形鋼の両端にＬ形の接合用プレートを
突設し、固定してなる第二の構成材と、リップ溝形鋼を
二本背中合わせに配置し、その背面間にＴ形の接合用プ
レートを挾んでＴの頂面を両端に突出させ、固定してな
る第三の構成材と、耐力平板からなる第四の構成材とか
らなり、これらを組合わせてなる家屋における躯体組立
用部材である。
この発明の家屋における躯体組立用部材を図面に基つい
て説明すれば、次の通りである。
第１図は、この発明の家屋の躯体組立用部材の一例とそ
、の使用方法を示す一部切欠斜視図である。
第２図は、この発明の家屋の躯体組立用部材を使用した
外壁用パネルの一例を示す分解斜視図である。
第１図において、１ａおよび１ｂは、リップ溝形鋼から
なるこの発明の第一の構成材である。
２ａ、２ｂ 、２ｃ 、２ｄおよび２ｅは、リップ溝形
鋼の両端に、Ｌ形の接合用プレート２１を突設し、溶接
したものであり、この発明の第二の構成材である。
３ａおよび３ｂは、リップ溝形鋼を二本背中合わせに配
置し、その背面間にＴ形の接合用プレート３１を挾んで
Ｔの頂面を両側に突出させ、溶接したものであり、この
発明の第三の構成材である。
４は、ホモゲン板または構造用合板のような、耐力平板
であり、この・発明の第四の構成材である。
図示したように、第一の構成材１ａ、Ｉｂは、例えば外
壁用パネルの横枠に使用するのが適当である。
第二の構成材２ａないし２ｅは、例えば外壁用パネルの
縦枠２ａ、補強材２ｂおよび２ｃ、窓台２ｄ、１ぐさ２
ｅ等に使用される。
第三の構成材３ａ、３ｂは、特に力がかかり易い場所の
補強材に使用するのが適当である。
しかし、勿論、上記に限定されるものではない。
これらの構成材は、使用する場所によって必要な長さが
異なるので、必要なだけの種類の長さのものを用意する
ことが望ましい。
例えば、第一の構成材は、大体１ｍないし１０胤の範囲
内で、数種類の長さのものを用意することが望ましい。
また、第二の構成材は、これを外壁用パネルの縦枠に使
用する場合には、はぼ長さが一定しているが、窓台に使
用する場合は、少なくとも、約１扉および約２ｍ程度の
２種類の長さのものを用意することが望ましい。
第四の構成材は、壁面を横取するのに使用される。
その大きさは、壁面を任意数の区劃に分けた大きさであ
って、運搬に不都合がない程度の大きさが望ましい。
これらの構成材を接合するときには、第二の構成材のＬ
形接合用プレート２１．または第三の構成材のＴ形接合
用プレート３１を、接合する相手の構成材に当接し、ボ
ルト５およびナツト６で接合する。
したがって、予じめ必要な位置に、ボルト挿通孔７を穿
設するか、またはボルト挿通孔を穿設する位置に、しる
しをつけておくのが便利である。
なお、接合に際しては、パネルの上縁訃よび下縁に、そ
れぞれスペーサープレート８およびベースプレート９を
接合することができる。
このときのボルト５は、皿ボルトを使用することが望捷
しい。
こうして接合した枠組に、第２図に示すように、第四の
構成材４を固定する。
第四の構成材４は、例えばタッピングビス（図示を省略
）で固定するのが便利である。
このようにして、外壁用パネルの骨組が組立てられる。
なお、第四の構成材４を固定しない場所には、アルミサ
ツシ窓１０ａおよびアルミサツシ人口１０ｂ等が付設さ
れる。
さらに、断熱材、電気配線用配管、外壁仕上材、内壁仕
上材等を取付けて、外壁用パネル完成する。
この発明の家屋における躯体組立用部材は、上記のよう
な構造であるから、これを運搬するときには、第一ない
し第三の構成材はこれを束ねて運搬することができ、第
四の構成材はこれを積重ねて運搬することができるので
、運搬効率がよい。
筐た、構成材の種類が少なく、構造が簡単であるから、
製造が容易であり、大量生産に向いている。
しかも構成材の組合わせを変えることにより、種種の形
状の躯体を作ることができる。
さらに、ボルト接合だけで家屋の躯体を組立てることが
できるので、組立作業が容易であり、熟練工を必要とし
ない。
捷た、建築現場捷たは組立工場に設置する設備が少なく
て済む等、種々の利点を有する。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、この発明の家屋の躯体組立用部材の一例とそ
の使用方法を示す一部切欠斜視図、第２図は、この発明
の家屋の躯体組立用部材を使用した外壁用パネルの一例
を示す分解斜視図である。 各図に耘いて、１ａおよび１ｂは、この発明に係る第一
の構成材、２ａないし２ｅはこの発明に係る第二の構成
材、３ａおよび３ｂはこの発明に係る。 第三の構成材、４はこの発明に係る第四の構成材、５は
ボルト、６はナツト、７はボルト挿通ＪＬ ８はスペ
ーサープレート、９はベースプレート、１０ａおよび１
０ｂはサツシ、２１はＬ形接合用プレート、３１はＴ形
接合用プレートである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ リップ溝；形鋼からなる第一の構成材と、リップ溝
    形鋼の両端にＬ形の接合用プレートを突設し、固定して
    なる第二の構成材と、リップ溝形鋼を二本背中合わせに
    配置し、その背面間にＴ形の接合用プレートを挾んでＴ
    の頂面を両端に突出させ、固定してなる第三の構成材と
    、耐力平板からなる第四の構成材とからなり、これらを
    組合わせてなる家屋における躯体組立用部材。
