Claims (1)
おいて、水晶発振器を外付けまたは、内蔵した基準パル
ス発生器出力を、カウンタに入力し、そのカウンターの
キャリー出力を次段のカウンター人力に接続し、同様な
接続の繰返しで、力・クンターを多段とすると同時に各
カウンターの出力をカウンター１ケに対し、１ケのディ
ジタルコンパレータＩＣに接続し、その各ディジタルコ
ンパレータのセットパルスと入力パルスが合致シ、コン
パレータ出力が全て成立した時に、１パルス出力をフリ
ップフロップ回路に入力し、デユーティ５０％のパルス
出力を作成すると同時にその出令 力で、各カウンターのリセットを行ない、カウント操作
を初期状態から開始させ、上記動作の繰返しで精度の高
い周波数を発生する事を特徴とする高精度周波数発生装
