As is known from the above-mentioned method, in the method of forming an electric path as a plating power supply connection means, in FIG. 1, the common conductive path 3 is separately prepared and cut and removed after completion of plating, which eliminates the waste of material of the wiring board 1. There is also loss on the cutting and removal side, such as the adhesion of expensive metals, and although there is no waste or loss in Figure 2, a series of circuit patterning processes (exposure baking, development, etc.) are required in the main plating process. This method has the disadvantage that it requires a lot of man-hours because etching, etc.) is required, and that it also takes time and effort to attach the tape 4 for controlling the plating level.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate such drawbacks and present a terminal plating jig with excellent workability. The main features of this device are a flexible conductor connected to the plating power supply and an insulating rubber on the rear part of the conductor. This jig is equipped with a pressure plate that applies an appropriate load.

The pressure plate 9 is formed from a metal body or a non-metallic rigid body, but in the case of a metal body, it is preferable to coat the plate surface with epoxy resin to prevent contamination with the plating solution caused by this jig.

If the plating is performed in this manner, the plating liquid will not enter the area that is in contact with the insulating rubber 10, so that the plating will be uniform in a straight line like the diagonal lines on the terminal 2, similar to conventional tape attachment.

According to the edge pre-fixing jig of the present invention described above, connector terminal plating of printed wiring boards arranged in large numbers can be effectively performed even in the case of wiring boards with metal cores and general wiring board mounting methods. It has great practical effects, such as improved plating work ability and cost reduction.
