Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本案は軸化焼結発泡体を発泡板と定め、無機質のクリス
    タル結晶した製品である。 この発泡体材料を、屋根用尺壁用の材料として用い、こ
    の取付には第２図のような取付金具の構造部品で組立す
    る方法を以て、断熱屋根及び断熱壁を構成せんとするも
    のなり。 この発泡板を第１図のようなコ字形長尺アングルと相対
    側のアングルの間に１枚ずつ並列接着する。取付金具は
    容易に固定が出来る組立構造となっている。 第１図のような形態の長尺アングルを軸管材となし、一
    方は差込方法で、一方は取付金具で発泡材を固定し、次
    々とこの方法を行いつつ並列固定して組立てていく方法
    である。 第２図の金具の構造は、異形Ｓ形状に折曲げ、取付結合
    部分は焼き入れした弾力を有する材料と成し、下部の接
    合部分を第３図のように凸面化した形体として接合力を
    強化する。 取付順位は第５図面のように鉄骨又は木材の柱となる側
    面に直角に第１図のユ字形長尺アングルを取付る。壁板
    は下から順に上の方へ組立てて行き、屋根の場合は横の
    方から取付ける。発泡素材の側面は第４図のように四面
    共凹凸の溝を作りユ字形アンゲル及止金具の合うように
    その部分を削り９、取付を容易にし、且、完全に素材を
    締付る。 第１図ユ字形長尺アングルと第２図のようなこの取付金
    具の形体構造が、本案の目的を構成する主要な部分品で
    ある。
