Claims (1)
- 内管と外管とからなる真空デユワ−構造の冷却容器を主
体とし、内管の真空スペース側に光電変換素子を支持せ
しめるとともに、該光電変換素子のリード線を前記外管
器壁の一部を横断する形で封着したセラミック端子板上
の導体膜を介して気密に導出してなる冷却型光電変換装
置において、前記セラミック端子板をその半径方向に気
密に貫通してゲッタ導出ピンを設け、該導出ピンの管内
真空スペース側端部にゲッタを取付けてなることを特徴
とする冷却型光電変換装置。
