    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイアフラム部にゲージ抵抗が形成された半導
    体基板が金属容器内に収容され、ゲージ抵抗を含
    む回路に接続される端子導体が金属容器と絶縁し
    て外部に引き出されるものにおいて、貫通型コン
    デンサの内面および外面がそれぞれ金属被覆され
    、内面が端子導体と、外面が金属容器を貫通して
    固定された金属管内面に気密にろう付けされたこ
    とを特徴とする半導体圧力センサ。
