Claims (1)
- 裏面を金属膜で被覆した基板上に、第１の下面
対向電極と第２の下面対向電極とを並設し、これ
ら両電極に共通に対向する誘電体膜を両電極上に
設け、この誘電体膜を介して上記両電極とそれぞ
れ対向する上面対向電極を誘電体膜上に設け、そ
れぞれの上下対向電極で、２個のコンデンサを形
成し、かつ一方の上面対向電極から、この電極を
とり巻くよう延長する上面渦巻線路を形成してイ
ンダクタンスとなし、これ等コンデンサ、インダ
クタンスで共振回路を形成したことを特徴とする
共振回路素子。
