Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、半導体装置の配線構造に関するものである
。
従来、この種の装置としては第１図に示すものがあった
。図において（１）は半導体基板、（２）は絶縁膜、（
３）　（４）はＭ等による金属配線である。
従来の配線構造は、以上の様に構成されているので、金
属配線（３）（４）を伝わる電気信号の周波数が高くな
ると、配線（３１（４）間で、クロストーク等の現象カ
ニ起こり、それが雑音の原因になる等の欠点がめった。
この発明は、上記の様な従来のものの欠点を除去するた
めになされたもので、配線の構造を同軸構造にすること
によシ配線間の電磁相互作用をなくすようにした半導体
装置を提供することを目的としている。
以下、この発明の一実施例を図について説明する。第２
図において、（１）は半導体基板、（２）は絶縁膜、（
３１、（４）は信号を伝えるための金属配線、（旬は信
号配線と絶縁され、且つ信号配線のまわ夛を、完全に包
む様に構成された金属導体である。
第２図において、金属配線（３）には電気信号を与え、
金属導体（４）の電位を定電位に固定する。
以上の様に、この発明によれば金属配線を金属導体で包
む様に構成したので、金属配線間の電磁的相互作用をな
くすることができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板上に形成された素子間の電気的導通な得るた
    めの金属配線と、この金属配線と絶縁され、且つ金属配
    線を包囲する金属導体とを有することを特徴とする半導
    体装置。
