Claims (1)
- 被測定抵抗部品に定電流を供給する直流定電流電源と、
被測定抵抗部品の電圧降下を検出する電圧検出回路と、
上記直流定電流電源の出力電流の設定と上記電圧検出回
路の検出電圧が被測定抵抗部品に設定される抵抗値精度
に適合したか否か判定する側御の演算手段を有し、被測
定抵抗部品の抵抗値に応じて上記出力電流の設定と検出
電圧の測定レンジを自動切換えして該出力電流と検出電
圧から被測定抵抗部品の抵抗値を演算表示する自動測定
制御部とを備えたことを特徴とする自動抵抗測定装置。
