Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure temperature with high accuracy by controlling regardless of change in resistance of an electric current that flows through the temperature measuring resistor body of a bridge, which has this temperature measuring resist or on its one side. CONSTITUTION:A resistance bridge that consists of resistors 1 and 2 for setting measurement electric current and a temperature measuring resistance 3 and a zero-suppression resistor 4 is provided with a means 17 that controls so as to make the potential of the joint A of the resistor 2 for setting measurement electric current and the zero suppression resistor 4 always the same as the potential of a standard potential point D, and at the same time the potential of the joint B of the resistor 1 for setting measurement electric current is amplified by an amplifier 19 that has a positive feedback resistance 18. Accordingly the electric current that flows through the resistor 3 is always constant, and there occurs no error caused by drop in the voltage in the lead wire 6 due to change in the measurement current.
