Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はヘッドの垂直調整装置に関し、特に離隔した位
置から正確な調整を行なうことができるもので、検出手
段及び制御手段と組合せて自動的に垂直調整を行なうも
のに適している。
第１図は本考案装置の一実施例でａはその正面図、ｂは
所要部分の平面図をそれぞれ示す。
ヘッド１を一端に載置したヘッドベース２はヘッド載置
面３と反対の面４がシャシ５と略平行スるよう対向配置
されている。
シャシ５に設げた透孔６に挿通されたねじ７がへラドベ
ース２の略中央部に螺合しており、シャシ５とねじγの
頭部との間に弾縮されたスプリング８が嵌装されている
のでヘッドベース２はシャシ５に向う付勢力を与えられ
るととくシャシ５に支持される。
９はスプリング８とシャシ５との間に設けたワッシャで
ある。
ヘッド１のギャップ１′を形成する面の延長上における
へラドベース２の面４に先端が衝合するよう高さ調整ね
じ１０がシャシ５に螺合している。
またねじγを中央にしてねじ１００反対側において垂直
調整ねじ１１がシャシ５に螺合され、その先端はスプリ
ング８の付勢に抗してヘッドベース２に押圧力を与える
よう形成される。
ねじ１１の先端とへラドベース２との間には例えば摩擦
係数の小さい合成樹脂等で形成された調整部材１２が介
在し、調整部材１２はヘッドベース２の側縁に折曲げ形
成されたガイド片１３にガイドされ第１図において左右
方向に摺動するものである。
調整部材１２は、その移動方向、即ち第１図の左右方向
において板厚が異なるもので、図示のものは右端より左
端に向って漸次板厚を増すよう傾斜面１４が形成され、
また左端には逆り字型に折曲げ形成された係合部１５を
備えている。
調整部材１２は係合部１５に係合する操作子１６の操作
によって摺動動作が行なわれるもので、操作子１６は例
えば弾性薄条片からなる移動子１Ｔを所要の合成樹脂等
で形成されたホルダー１８内に移動自在に収容したもの
であり、第２図のごとく移動子１７の一端に形成した透
孔１９に係合部１５を挿入して係合せしめ、他端に連結
した操作ノブ（図示せず）の移動を調整部材１２に伝達
すするものであるが、操作子１６は全体としてフレキシ
ブルに形成されているので適当に屈曲するようンヤシ５
に取付げることによって調整部材１２より離隔した位置
に操作ノブを導くことができるものである。
本考案は上述のように構成されているので、高さ調整ね
じ１０を回動してヘッド１の高さを定めた後に垂直調整
ねじ１１を回動すれば、ヘッドベース２は高さ調整ねじ
１０の先端を支点として回動するのでヘッド１のギャッ
プ１の垂直調整が行なわれるが、この際ねじ１０の先端
はヘッド１のギャップ形成面の延長上に位置するので垂
直調整ねじ１１の回動によりヘッド１の高さに影響を与
えること団涛止される。
上述のごとくヘッド１の垂直調整は垂直調整ねじ１１の
回動によって行なわれるだけでなく、調整部材１２の移
動によっても行なれるものである。
調整部材１２の移動は直線的に行なわれるので実施例の
ごとくフレキシブルな操作子１６を用いることにより離
隔した位置から簡単に調整できる。
従って垂直ずれを検出して自動的に正しい垂直状態にヘ
ッドを制御する場合、匍脚モータをヘッドから充分離す
ことができるので設計上有利であるばかりでなくモータ
によりヘッドに誘起される雑音の影響を回避できる。
また調整部材の傾斜度を垂直調整ねじのピッチの傾斜度
より充分小さく形成しておいて最初の粗調整は垂直調整
ねじを用い微調整は調整部材を用いて調整することによ
りきわめて精度の良い調整を行なうことができる。
上ボのごとく本考案によれば構造簡単であるに拘らず任
意の位置において容易且つ正確に垂直調整が可能であり
、簡も自動制御と組合せ容易なヘッドの垂直調整装置を
提供できるものである。

第１図は本考案装置の一実施例で、ａはその正面図、ｂ
は所要部分の平面図、第２図は調整部材の詳細を表わす
斜視図をそれぞれ示す。 １：ヘッド、２ニヘソドベース、１１：垂直調整ねじ、
１２：調整部材。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 垂直調整ねじを回転することにより該ねじの先端でヘッ
    ドベースを抑圧変位してヘッドの垂直調整を行なうもの
    において、 該垂直調整ねじの先端と前記へラドベースとの間に介在
    し、且つ所要の方向に移動し得るようガイドされるとと
    もに、その移動方向において板厚の異なる傾斜面が形成
    された調整部材と、可撓性を有することにより屈曲可能
    に保持されるとともに、前記調整部材と係合して該調整
    部材を前記移動方向に移動すべく該調整部材より離隔し
    た位置まで延在して操作される操作子とからなる垂直調
    整手段を備えたことを特徴とするヘッドの垂直調整装置
    。
