DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for continuously treating fabric under normal pressure, which makes it advantageous to carry out pre-treatment, dyeing treatment or other treatments of fabric continuously under normal pressure.

Steaming is performed using a steam chamber capable of holding steam, and passing the fabric to be treated into the steam chamber. In conventional steaming, the fabric to be treated is first impregnated with an appropriate treatment liquid, and then At present, this liquid-impregnated fabric is passed through a steamer in which high-humidity steam is maintained and subjected to moist heat to perform the desired treatment.

However, this conventional method has the following drawbacks because the fabric impregnated with liquid is fed into the steamer outside the steamer. That is, since the temperature of the liquid in the liquid tank disposed outside the steamer varies depending on the temperature, installation conditions, etc., the liquid is likely to be applied unevenly to the fabric. In addition, in the case of reduction dyeing, if a reducing agent is applied outside the steamer, the chemical will be damaged by exposure to air before being supplied to the steamer. In addition, since the fabric receives the ejection force of the steam in the steamer immediately before being supplied into the steamer, there is a drawback that a part of the liquid impregnated into the fabric scatters and falls off due to this ejection force.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a normal pressure continuous treatment method that can eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional method by performing liquid supply to the fabric and steaming inside a steamer. That is. More specifically, the present invention includes a liquid seal 4 capable of supplying heated liquid that follows the internal temperature of the atmospheric pressure steamer to at least the vicinity of the fabric inlet in the atmospheric pressure steamer in which the fabric is to be steamed.
A tank is provided, and after the fabric to be treated is fed into the steamer, the fabric is impregnated with the treatment liquid and then steamed, so that the fabric is impregnated with the liquid by the steam pressure blown out from the steamer. A constant liquid content can be maintained without being blown away. Furthermore, since the liquid in the steamer is kept at a constant high temperature following the temperature inside the steamer, the liquid immersed into the fabric is constant and uniform, and uniform treatment can be expected. Furthermore, when a reducing agent is used, this reducing agent does not come into contact with air, which has the effect of preventing damage to the chemical.

1 is a moist heat treatment room having a fabric inlet 2 and a fabric outlet 3;
m, a nip seal 4 and a liquid sealing tank 5 are provided at the fabric inlet 2 and fabric outlet 3 to prevent the moist heat inside the heat treatment chamber from leaking outside. A guide roll group consisting of a large number of spreading guide rolls 7 is disposed in the heat treatment chamber 1 for moving the cloth 6 to be treated in a meandering manner and heating and steaming the cloth 6 during the meandering process. These cloth spreading guide rolls 7 use, for example, cloth spreading rolls that the present inventor has already developed and applied for, so that the cloth 6 transferred by these guide rolls 7 is always spread in its width direction. energized. Reference numeral 8 denotes an oil heater for heating both sides of the fabric 6 being transferred to the spreading guide roll 7, and this oil heater 8 is disposed at an appropriate location on the fabric transfer path. Reference numeral 9 denotes four liquid sealing tanks for the fabric provided inside the moist heat treatment chamber 1, that is, near the fabric inlet and at the middle barrier of the fabric transfer path, and these four liquid sealing tanks 9'

The above is the configuration of the Butterfly λ embodiment.Next, the fabric 6 supplied into the heat treatment chamber 1 is soaked in the liquid in the liquid seal 4 and the cypress 9 to be impregnated with the liquid, and then transferred to the guide roll 7. The fabric is transferred while being spread out and guided, and is moved close to the oil heater 8, so that the fabric is heated to about 120 degrees Celsius by the heat generated by the oil heater (300 degrees Celsius).
It is heat-treated until the front and back, and this results in the desired treatment (
dyeing, weight reduction, pretreatment, etc.). Furthermore, in this embodiment, the liquid tank 9 is installed inside the moist heat treatment chamber 1, and the fabric is impregnated with the treatment liquid in the moist heat treatment chamber 1. 9. Because the treatment liquid is heated to follow the temperature in the thermal treatment chamber 1, the treatment has good permeability into the fabric, high uniformity, and excellent dyeing properties, weight loss effect, and pretreatment effect. There are effects such as being able to obtain cloth.
