For example, conventional methods for continuously refining, bleaching, dyeing, resin processing, or weight loss processing of long lengths of fabric include two methods: normal pressure processing under normal pressure, and high pressure above normal pressure. However, the former normal pressure treatment method requires a long time to complete the treatment, is not suitable for mass production, and is also lacking in quality when the treatment is completed. For this reason, the latter high-pressure processing method, which is superior in processing speed and processing quality, is now being adopted, but although this high-pressure processing method allows continuous insertion of the fabric, it is difficult to maintain high temperature and high humidity. The fabric is subjected to continuous moist heat treatment at high temperature and high humidity using a steamer can, that is, a reactor, which can be used to perform continuous wet heat treatment of the fabric at high temperature and high humidity. It is capable of continuous and high speed processing such as resin processing and weight reduction processing.
In this high-pressure moist heat treatment method for fabrics, the inside of the steamer can is heated prior to the moist heat treatment.
Since the steamer must be maintained in an atmosphere of high temperature and high humidity, it takes a long time for the interior of the steamer can to reach the specified high temperature and high humidity.
It takes a long time to prepare the fabric before it is put into operation, and furthermore, a large amount of thermal energy is expended until the inside of the steamer can has an atmosphere at a predetermined temperature and humidity.

In addition, the fabric can be continuously introduced and taken out through the fabric inlet and outlet of the steamer can, but if the fabric is equipped with a sealing mechanism to maintain high temperature and high humidity inside the steamer can, , the overall structure of the steamer can becomes complicated,
Furthermore, along with the demand for a pressure-resistant structure and a heat-resistant structure, the size of the device has increased, resulting in an increase in the cost of the entire device. For this reason, guide rolls are provided to transfer the fabric continuously and in a meandering manner, and a large number of nozzles are disposed oppositely in close proximity to both sides of the transfer fabric and spray high-temperature liquid toward the fabric. We have proposed a method in which a fabric to be treated is passed through the heat treatment chamber and subjected to the high humidity heat in the heat treatment chamber, so that the desired treatment can be carried out continuously. However, in a hot liquid processing chamber with such a structure, high-temperature liquid (steam) is injected from a large number of nozzles.
Due to convection (flowing), the moisture and heat effect becomes uneven over the entire area of the wide fabric, which causes the problem that when dyeing the fabric, it tends to be medium-rare, medium-dark (unevenly dyed). It was hot.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and a main object of the present invention is to bring a heating pipe close to a fabric to be processed and heat the fabric at a temperature of, for example, 300 degrees.
The process is progressed while being heated around ℃, and during this process, the high-temperature liquid is applied by contacting the high-temperature liquid application roll that extrudes the high-temperature liquid. It is an object of the present invention to provide a continuous wet heat treatment apparatus for fabrics that can achieve rapid and continuous wet heat treatment of fabrics.

The above is the configuration of this embodiment.Next, its operation will be described.First, the fabric guide roll 3 and the liquid applicator 6 are driven, and the liquid applicator 6 applies a predetermined liquid to the impregnated fabric. It is made to run within the moist heat treatment chamber 1. At the same time, the boiler 18 is heated to heat the oil in the conduit 17 to about 300°C,
The heating pipe 4 is heated by flowing through the heating pipe 4 arranged in the wet heat treatment chamber 1. By heating the heating pipe 4, the fabric 2 running close to the heating pipe 4 is heated to a high temperature, for example, about 250° C., and progresses through the moist heat treatment chamber 1 while being heat treated. The heating oil flowing inside the heating pipe 4 loses heat to the heating pipe 4 and gradually lowers in temperature, and at the end of the heating pipe 4 in this embodiment, the temperature drops by about 1/3, that is, 200°C. The liquid is lowered to a point close to the original temperature and is supplied into the can body 11. Therefore, the can body 11 is filled with oil at approximately 200°C, but the oil in the can body 11 is sequentially drawn out by the pump 19, and is further transferred to the boiler 18.
It is heated again to nearly 300° C. and circulated into the heating pipe 4 in the moist heat treatment chamber 1, thereby heating the heating pipe 4.

In addition, a processing liquid heating pipe 15 arranged inside the can body 11
The liquid tank 12 is heated to follow the temperature of the oil filled in the can body 11 (200°C).
Therefore, the liquid flowing through the processing liquid heating tube 15 is also approximately
The fabric 2 is heated to nearly 200° C. and extruded from the liquid application pipe 5, and the fabric 2 running in contact with the liquid application pipe 5 is impregnated with the high-temperature liquid. By setting in advance the amount of liquid exuded or extruded onto the peripheral surface of the liquid applying roll 5 to an amount that can be absorbed into the fabric, the liquid can be sufficiently impregnated into the fabric without waste.

As described above, the present invention provides a moist heat treatment chamber through which a long length of fabric can be passed continuously, a group of heating pipes arranged so as to be close to the fabric moving inside the moist heat treatment chamber, and a moist heat treatment chamber for the wet heat treatment chamber. A liquid application pipe disposed to add liquid at an appropriate place to the fabric moving in the room, a boiler for heating heating oil which is a heating medium circulated in the heating pipe, and a boiler installed in the moist heat treatment room. a heater for temporarily storing and passing heated oil from within the heating pipe; a heating pipe disposed within the heater and connected between the liquid supply tank and the liquid application pipe; According to the present invention, it is possible to carry out wet heat treatment of a fabric under normal pressure while heating it to a high temperature, for example, close to 300°C. As a result, a sufficient amount of heat and liquid can be applied to the fabric to be treated, so that high-quality treated fabric can be mass-produced. Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the fabric is heated by radiant heat from the heating pipe and does not use convection heat, it is possible to perform uniform heat treatment over the entire surface of the fabric, resulting in uniform treatment. can be achieved.

In addition, according to the above-mentioned liquid application roll, the necessary amount of liquid can be oozed or extruded from the circumferential surface of the liquid application roll, and 100% of the liquid can be absorbed into the fabric, so the amount of bleeding can be reduced. By adjusting the amount of liquid, it is possible to impregnate the fabric with enough liquid and without any excess liquid, that is, without causing liquid waste. As a result, the washing process after the liquid treatment can also be simplified, which not only eliminates liquid waste. In addition, it is possible to conserve water resources, simplify the wet heat treatment equipment, save thermal energy, and achieve high-temperature wet heat treatment with excellent economic efficiency. In particular, in the present invention, the can body 11 for heat exchange
Since this can is housed inside the moist heat treatment chamber 11, the temperature of this can body can be kept at a temperature of 150°C, for example, within the moist heat treatment chamber 1.
℃ to 180℃, and the heat radiation of the can body 11 is prevented, so the temperature inside the can body 11 can be kept constant without being affected by the outside temperature. Since the treatment liquid at the same temperature can be applied to the fabric via the liquid application pipe 5, there is also the effect that uniform and high-quality liquid treatment can be achieved.
