DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides for fabrics to be subjected to moist heat treatment in a normal pressure room.

For example, conventional methods for continuously refining, bleaching, dyeing, resin processing, or weight loss processing of long lengths of fabric include two methods: normal pressure processing under normal pressure, and high pressure above normal pressure. However, the former normal pressure treatment method requires a long time to complete the treatment, is not suitable for mass production, and is also lacking in quality when the treatment is completed. For this reason, the latter high-pressure processing method, which is superior in processing speed and processing quality, is now being adopted, but although this high-pressure processing method allows continuous insertion of the fabric, it is difficult to maintain high temperature and high humidity. The fabric is subjected to continuous moist heat treatment at high temperature and high humidity using a steamer can, that is, a reactor, which can be used to perform continuous wet heat treatment of the fabric at high temperature and high humidity. It is capable of continuous and high speed processing such as resin processing and weight reduction processing.
In this high-pressure moist heat treatment method for fabrics, the inside of the steamer can is heated prior to the moist heat treatment.
Since the steamer must be maintained in an atmosphere of high temperature and high humidity, it takes a long time for the interior of the steamer can to reach the specified high temperature and high humidity.
It takes a long time to prepare the fabric before it is put into operation, and furthermore, a large amount of thermal energy is expended until the inside of the steamer can has an atmosphere at a predetermined temperature and humidity.

In addition, the fabric inlet and outlet of the steamer can allow continuous introduction and extraction of fabric, but if the steamer is equipped with a sealing mechanism to maintain high temperature and high humidity inside the steamer can, , the overall structure of the steamer can becomes complicated,
Furthermore, along with the demand for a pressure-resistant structure and a heat-resistant structure, the size of the device has increased, resulting in an increase in the cost of the entire device. For this reason, guide rolls are provided that allow the fabric to transfer continuously and in a meandering manner, and a number of nozzles that are close to opposite sides of the transfer fabric and spray high-temperature liquid toward the fabric are provided. We have proposed a method in which the fabric to be treated is passed through the heat treatment chamber, and the desired treatment can be performed continuously by receiving the high humidity heat in the heat treatment chamber. However, in a hot liquid treatment chamber with such a structure, the high temperature liquid (steam) injected from a large number of nozzles is convected (flowing), which causes non-uniform moist heat action over the entire area of the wide fabric. Due to this, when dyeing the fabric, there was a problem that the dyeing was likely to be medium-rare, medium-dark (uneven dyeing).

The above is the configuration of this embodiment.Next, its operation will be described.First, the fabric guide roll 3 and the liquid applicator 6 are driven, and the liquid applicator 6 applies a predetermined liquid to the impregnated fabric. It is made to run within the moist heat treatment chamber 1. At the same time, the boiler 18 is heated to heat the oil in the conduit 17 to about 300°C,
The heating pipe 4 is heated by flowing through the heating pipe 4 arranged in the wet heat treatment chamber 1. By heating the heating pipe 4, the fabric 2 running close to the heating pipe 4 is heated to a high temperature, for example, about 250° C., and progresses through the moist heat treatment chamber 1 while being heat treated. The heating oil flowing inside the heating pipe 4 loses heat to the heating pipe 4 and gradually lowers in temperature, and at the end of the heating pipe 4 in this embodiment, the temperature drops by about 1/3, that is, 200°C. The liquid is lowered to a point close to the original temperature and is supplied into the can body 11. Therefore, the temperature inside this can body 11 is approximately 200 to 160°C.
The oil in the can body 11 is sequentially drawn out by the pump 19, heated again to nearly 300°C by the boiler 18, and circulated into the heating pipe 4 in the wet heat treatment chamber 1. The heating pipe 4 is heated.

In addition, the processing liquid heating tube 15 arranged inside the can body 11 is
Since the oil filled in the can body 11 is heated to follow the temperature of 200°C, the liquid flowing through the processing liquid heating pipe 15 from the liquid tank 12 is also heated to approximately 200°C, and the liquid application pipe 5 A high-temperature liquid is applied to and impregnated into the fabric 2 which is extruded from the liquid application pipe 5 and runs in contact with the liquid application pipe 5. By setting in advance the entire amount of liquid exuded or extruded onto the circumferential surface of the liquid application roll 5 to an amount that can be absorbed into the fabric, the liquid can be sufficiently impregnated into the fabric without waste. It is.

As described above, the present invention provides a heating pipe that is heated by the flow of a heating fluid along the transfer path of the fabric to be processed, so that the transferred fabric is heated while progressing, and furthermore, the transferred fabric is heated. According to the present invention, the continuous wet heat treatment method and apparatus for a fabric are made to apply the liquid at appropriate times by bringing the high-temperature liquid into contact with a liquid application roll that exudes or extrudes the fabric. Moist heat treatment can be performed while heating to high temperatures, for example, close to 300℃, and this allows a sufficient amount of heat and liquid to be applied to the fabric to be treated, making it possible to mass produce high quality treated fabrics. be. Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the fabric is heated by radiant heat from the heating pipe and does not use convection heat, it is possible to perform uniform heat treatment over the entire surface of the fabric, resulting in uniform treatment. can be achieved.

In addition, according to the above-mentioned liquid application roll, the necessary amount of liquid can be oozed or extruded from the circumferential surface of the liquid application roll, and 100% of the liquid can be absorbed into the fabric, so the amount of bleeding can be reduced. By adjusting the amount of liquid, it is possible to impregnate the fabric with enough liquid and without any excess liquid, that is, without causing liquid waste. As a result, the washing process after the liquid treatment can also be simplified, which not only eliminates liquid waste. In addition, it is possible to conserve water resources, simplify the wet heat treatment equipment, save thermal energy, and achieve high-temperature wet heat treatment with excellent economic efficiency.
