For example, it is well known that high-temperature moist heat is used when continuously pre-treating or dyeing industrially produced fabrics, but it is also known that this moist heat treatment temperature is also normal pressure (high temperature). Atmospheric pressure), there is a heat dissipation effect and the temperature does not rise to 100℃. Therefore, in order to further increase the moist heat treatment temperature and enable high-speed treatment, the present inventor developed a high-pressure steamer, which is already in operation.
Such a high-pressure steamer is a fairly large device in that it is equipped with a sealing mechanism that allows the fabric to be continuously passed through the steamer can while maintaining high-pressure moist heat (100°C to 160°C) inside the steamer can. Moreover, the cost was also high. On the other hand, a normal pressure steamer does not require a large-scale sealing mechanism, so the overall structure of the device is simple and the cost is low. Since the temperature is relatively low, around ℃, it takes a long time to heat and moisten the fabric, resulting in poor productivity.

In addition, in conventional fabric pretreatment and dyeing treatment using normal pressure, the fabric is coated with liquid outside the steamer can and then fed into the steamer can for moist heat treatment, so the liquid content inside the steamer can is small. The shortage caused uneven processing.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above, and has a structure that is almost the same as a normal pressure steamer, but it retains a high temperature liquid in the normal pressure steamer to enhance the reaction of the liquid to the fabric, thereby pre-treating or dyeing the fabric. To provide a method for continuous fabric processing, which can improve the productivity of fabrics, and also enables a sufficient amount of liquid to be applied to fabrics in a steamer can, thereby enabling uniform pretreatment and dyeing processing. It is something.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a wet heat treatment chamber having a fabric inlet 2 and a fabric outlet 3, and the fabric inlet 2 and fabric outlet 3 are provided with a nip seal 4 and a liquid sealing tank 5, so that the moist heat in the wet heat treatment chamber is dissipated. It is designed to prevent leakage outside the room. A large number of guide rolls 7 are disposed in the moist heat treatment chamber 1 for moving the cloth 6 to be treated in an up-and-down meandering manner and steaming the cloth 6 during this movement. Below the group of guide rolls 7, liquid tanks 8, 81 , 82 are installed for repeatedly impregnating the treated fabric 6 transported by the guide rolls 7 with a treatment liquid. This liquid tank 8 is divided into a fabric soaking liquid section 10 and an overflow section 11, which are divided by a dividing wall 9 and in which a guide roll 7 is positioned.
A liquid supply pipe 12 is arranged at the upper part of 0. In addition, an outlet pipe 13 is connected to the bottom of the overflow part 11 to guide the liquid to the outside of the steamer can body 1.
This outlet pipe 13 communicates with a liquid tank 15 having a raw liquid supply pipe 14 . The liquid prepared in the liquid tank 14 so as to have a constant concentration is supplied to the liquid tanks 8 1 and 8 2 via the pump 16 . Reference numeral 17 denotes a baffle plate provided in the vicinity of the partition wall 9 of the fabric soaking liquid section 10, and this baffle plate 17 is provided to prevent the short path of the liquid. Reference numeral 18 denotes a hot air injection nozzle that is installed near the upper fabric guide roll 7 arranged in the moist heat treatment chamber 1 and blows hot air toward the fabric 6 guided by this guide roll 7. The hot air injected from the nozzle 18 is sent by a heat exchanger 19 and a blower 20. 21 indicates a steam supply pipe.

The above is the structure of this embodiment.Next, its operation will be described. First, steam is sent into the moist heat treatment chamber 1 from the steam supply pipe 21, and then the liquid tanks 8, 8
1 and 8 2 are filled with a treatment liquid (for example, caustic liquid, dyeing liquid), and then the fabric guide roll 7 is driven to transfer the fabric. The fabric impregnated with liquid in the liquid tanks 8, 8 1 , 8 2 by this transfer of the fabric undergoes a heating reaction due to the moist heat in the wet heat treatment chamber 1 and the hot air jet force when guided by the upper guide roll 7. The main feature of this embodiment is that the fabric transferred in the moist heat treatment chamber 1 is repeatedly impregnated with liquid by a plurality of liquid tanks.
The fabric contains sufficient liquid until the reaction is completed, and the fabric containing this sufficient liquid is subjected to intermittent heating power of hot air.
A fabric that is sufficiently impregnated with liquid repeatedly can be treated uniformly and favorably over the entire fabric. Furthermore, when the liquid-containing fabric is exposed to hot air of 100°C or higher, the processing temperature of the fabric can be easily and uniformly raised to nearly 100°C, which has the effect of enabling effective thermal reaction treatment.

As described above, in the present invention, a predetermined high-temperature treatment liquid is repeatedly applied to a fabric to be treated in a moist-heat treatment chamber in which a fabric is to be subjected to a moist-heat treatment. Therefore, according to the present invention, the treated fabric is impregnated with a sufficient amount of treatment liquid during steaming, and thereby a good treated fabric without uneven treatment can be obtained. In addition, during the wet heat treatment according to the present invention, a liquid temperature close to 100°C is applied to the treated fabric by the action of a high temperature liquid tank and a hot air nozzle, so that the reaction rate is fast and good treatment can be performed in a short time. It's also effective.
