この発明は各種の繊維、布帛の連続染色加工装

(従来の技術)
従来各種繊維、布帛の連続染色加工は、一般に
染料の水溶液に必要な助剤例えばアルカリ剤等を
添加して布帛等に含浸させ、均一に絞つた後一旦
乾燥し、次でこれを蒸気による蒸熱加工を行うも
ので、別法として染料水溶液のみを布帛等に含浸
させた後一旦乾燥し、次でアルカリ溶剤に浸漬し
て脱液後そのまま蒸熱処理を行う方法が採用され

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
上記従来の方法は繊維、布帛に染液を附与した
後一旦乾燥を行うので、このための乾燥装置とし
て大型化され、且つ大量の熱エネルギーを損耗
し、又その乾燥時に染料の表面移行を生じて布帛
表裏の色の違い等の不都合を生ずるなど装置上や

本発明は上記従来の不都合を排するため単独の
乾燥工程を省略して省エネと装置を簡素化し、助
剤の使用を有効にして染料の固着と発色を促進さ
せたもので、染料溶液などを布帛に含浸し、これ
を均一に絞る装置と、附与された染料を布帛に固
着させるため蒸熱とマイクロ波誘電加熱装置とを
併用した蒸熱処理装置とから成り、該蒸熱処理装
置内に染着促進用助剤のブースター液槽を設けた

(実施例)
添附の図面において1は処理布帛、2は染料液
槽、3は絞りロール、4は蒸熱処理室で、その入
口側には絞りロール6を有する染着促進用助剤の
ブースター液槽5を設置すると共に該室4内に蒸
気を吹込む供給管7並びに室4内を通過させる布
帛1に対しマイクロ波を作用させるマイクロ波発

以上の装置において、布帛1を染料液槽2内に
送込んで絞りロール3で均一に絞つた後、蒸熱処
理室4内に送込み、先づ苛性ソーダ、炭酸ソーダ
等の通常の助剤を収容したブースター液槽5を通
過させてロール6により均一に絞つた後、案内ロ
ール群9によつて室4内を屈曲移送させる間に室
4内に吹込まれた蒸気とマイクロ波の併用による
誘電加熱処理で乾燥して室4外に取出すようにし

(発明の効果)
本発明によるときは、蒸熱室内に助剤のブース
ター液槽を設置し、これを経た布帛を高温蒸気の
雰囲気内におけるマイクロ波の併用により誘電加
熱処理を行うから従来のような熱風等を利用する
乾燥装置の設置を省略して熱エネルギーを節減し
得られると共に助剤のブースター液槽を蒸熱室内
に設けたから該液槽内の助剤は室内で加熱されて
染料に対する反応が活発化し、従つて染料の固着
は著しく促進され、又助剤は室内に充満する蒸気
中に位置するから酸化することなくその活性力を
