Abstract

PURPOSE:To continuously process a dyed fabric of good quality with prevented dye migration by introducing a continuously running long fabric into a dye liquor bath, impregnating the fabric with the dye liquor, then predrying the fabric and hot-drying the fabric with heating cylinder groups. CONSTITUTION:A continuously running long fabric 14 is introduced into a dye liquor bath 1, impregnated with the dye liquor, then fed to a wet heating chamber 3, heated to a prescribed temperature and predried while being conveyed with a timing roll group 9. The predried fabric is subsequently fed to heating cylinder groups 10 provided side by side in the above-mentioned wet heating chamber 3 and run in contact with the surfaces of the cylinders to complete drying. Thereby, the dye is applied to the fabric surface.

The conventional process for pad dyeing industrially produced long fabrics is to pass the pretreated fabric through a padder filled with a predetermined dye solution to impregnate the fabric with the dye solution, and then pass this pretreated fabric through a padder filled with a predetermined dye solution. The fabric is pre-dried by passing it through an infrared dryer heated to about 800°C to vaporize the moisture adhering to the fabric surface, and then the pre-dried fabric is
Main drying of the fabric is carried out by supplying the fabric to a hot air dryer (dry heat air drying device) which blows dry hot air at 120 to 130°C. The thus dried dyed fabric is subjected to a moist heat treatment in a steamer that retains moist heat to fix the dye, and then washed to complete the dyeing.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional dyeing process described above, the main drying is performed using a dry heat air dryer called Hot Full. Migration occurs during processing, making it difficult to achieve high-quality level dyeing. In other words, in conventional hot full dyeing, as mentioned earlier, dry hot air at 120°C to 130°C is used to prevent the dye from adhering to the dye. Because it is sprayed directly onto the fabric,
Due to the wind speed of this dry hot air, the dye adhered to the surface of the fabric is moved, resulting in migration and uneven dyeing, making it difficult to obtain a high quality dyed fabric.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made by focusing on such conventional problems, and its main purpose is to prevent the occurrence of migration, that is, the cause of the occurrence of microphone 1 noise. This is the development of a vat dryer that can perform effective drying without pre-drying with infrared rays at a temperature of 800°C and without blowing dry hot air.

Next, to describe its function, when operating, first, saturated steam is blown out from the steam blow-off pipe 11 to maintain an atmosphere of 100% humidity and room temperature of 100°C in the moist heat chamber 3, and then the heating cylinder group is heated to 120°C. Heat and maintain at ~150°C.

While being guided and transferred by the timing roll group 9, the fabric 14 follows the room temperature of 100°C in the moist heat chamber 3, and
It is heated to nearly 100℃. The fabric 14, which has been heated to approximately 100° C. while being transferred by the timing roll group 9, is repeatedly guided to the heating cylinder group 10, and the heating temperature of the heating cylinder group 10 is 120° C.
It is dried by being heated at a temperature of 150°C to 150°C. In this example, the desired drying was completed by passing through the three-tower heating cylinder group 10, and the dye was effectively adhered to the fabric surface.

In this example, the fabric impregnated with the dye liquor is heated to about 100°C using moist heat, and then this fabric is brought into contact with a heating cylinder at 120 to 150°C to dry it. Therefore, the temperature difference is about 20
The temperature is extremely low at ~50°C, so migration is difficult to occur. Furthermore, in this example, since the fabric to which the dye is temporarily attached is dried while being brought into contact with the heating cylinder, the dye molecules are not subjected to S-concentration during drying.
Therefore, as described in the conventional example, since there is no migration of the dye caused by the blowing force of hot air, there is no migration, and a fabric with good dyeing quality can be obtained.

As described above, the present invention has a fabric inlet and a fabric outlet that are equipped with a saturated steam injection pipe and can maintain a humid and high temperature indoor environment, and can continuously introduce and extract a long fabric. A moist heat chamber is provided, a timing roll group disposed in the vicinity of the fabric introduction port in the moist heat chamber to immediately transfer the fabric introduced into the moist heat chamber at a predetermined timing, and a timing roll group that guides the fabric that has passed through the timing roll group. This pad dryer is equipped with a group of heating cylinders that are heated to 120 to 150°C for drying. According to this bat dryer, the fabric impregnated with dye liquor is heated to about 100°C in a moist heat chamber. The fabric is pre-dried by raising the temperature to a temperature of
The temperature difference from pre-drying to main drying is extremely low.
Furthermore, since the main drying is carried out by contacting with a heating cylinder, migration does not occur and fabrics with good dyeing quality can be obtained.
