付着している布帛に直接吹き付けるものであるために、
この乾熱風の風速力により、布帛表面に付着されている
染料が8勤し、その結果、マイグレーションや、むら染
めを生じ、品質の高い染色布帛が得られ難いという問題

湿熱室3の内底部に配設されている蒸気吹出し管、12
はドレン抜きパイプ、13はダンサ−ロール、14は被

あるから、このバットドライヤーによれば、染液を含浸
せしめた布帛を、湿熱室内で約100℃までに昇温させ
て予備乾燥し、次いでこの布帛を120〜150℃の加
熱シリンダーに当接させて本乾燥するものであるから、
その予備乾燥から本乾燥までの温度差がきわめて低く、
さらには、本乾燥は加熱シリンダーへの当接による乾燥
であるから、マイグレーションが生ぜず、染色品質の良
