DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to simultaneously dye a printed fabric on the back side of the printed fabric by feeding it into a high-pressure steamer and dyeing it with a plain color on the back side of the printed fabric. This relates to a method for printing and dyeing plain colors at the same time.

However, although conventional high-pressure steamers are designed to retain high humidity and heat, the interior of the steamer tends to be in a dry heat state, making it difficult to retain sufficient moisture and heat inside the steamer. In particular, it takes a relatively long time (for example, 2 to 3 minutes) to complete dye fixation due to lack of humidity, making it difficult to achieve high-speed dyeing and high-quality dyeing.

In addition, in order to compensate for the lack of moist heat during the moist heat treatment in the high-pressure steamer, it is possible to add a large amount of moisture to the printed fabric to be fed into the high-pressure steamer, but in this case, the printed fabric containing humidity may When subjected to the nip pressure of the seal roll on the inlet side of the high-pressure steamer, a portion of the printing dye is transferred to the surface of the seal roll, resulting in staining of the seal roll or the liquid being squeezed out by the nip pressure. Furthermore, when a fabric containing humidity at room temperature is fed into a high-pressure steamer, it takes some time for the room-temperature fabric to be heated to approximately the same temperature as the temperature inside the high-pressure steamer, and the fabric's temperature increases. That is, there were cases in which dyeing was not fast enough.

In addition, in conventional dyeing methods, if print dyeing is performed on the front side of the same fabric and plain dyeing is performed on the back side of the same fabric, print dyeing or plain dyeing is performed in the first dyeing process, and then in the second dyeing process. Because it is either plain dyed or printed dyed, it requires two dyeing processes, which doubles the heat energy, water resources, labor costs, etc. required for dyeing, resulting in high costs. There was also the problem of dyed cloth.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and its first purpose is to infuse a high-temperature liquid into a dye-printed fabric fed into a high-pressure steamer in order to speed up the dyeing properties of the printed fabric fed into the high-pressure steamer. The purpose is to increase the moisture content of the fabric by applying it, thereby realizing print dyeing with good color fastness. The second purpose is to apply the high-temperature liquid as a dyeing liquid to the back side of the printed fabric fed into the high-pressure steamer, to impart sufficient humidity to the printed fabric, and at the same time dye the back side of the printed fabric with a solid color. It is.

Next, to describe its effect, steam is blown into the steamer can body 1 from the steam heat blowing pipe 14,
Furthermore, pressurized gas is supplied from the gas supply pipe 54 into the decompression chamber, and cold water is supplied from the liquid supply pipe 63 into the slow cooling liquid tank 62 , thereby producing a sealing action in each sealing mechanism 5 and 6. Heat the inside of steamer can body 1 to 100℃~160℃
It is maintained in a high pressure, moist heat condition at ℃. Therefore, a printed fabric 10 obtained by coating the fabric surface with a dye using a printing means and drying it is fed into the steamer can body 1 through the introduction side sealing mechanism 5.
Fabric 1 immediately after being supplied into this steamer can body 1
A dyeing solution is sprayed from a dyeing solution spraying nozzle 9 onto the back side of the fabric 10, which is then guided and transferred to guide rolls 7 and 8, and during this guided transfer, the dye-coated fabric 10 is steamed. be. The gist of the present invention is to impregnate the back surface of the fabric 10 by spraying a dyeing liquid having sufficient moisture immediately after the fabric 10, which has a dye printed on its surface, is fed into the can of a high-pressure steamer. It is. That is, the dye is printed,
Immediately after the fabric 10 in a dry state is supplied into the steamer can body 1, a dye liquid is sprayed onto the back side of the fabric, so that the moisture contained in the dye liquid is impregnated into the fabric 10, and the moisture is absorbed into the steamer can body 1. As a result of the high temperature, the fabric becomes hot and humid, and due to the high temperature and humidity, the printed dye and the dye sprayed in the steamer penetrate into the inner core of the fabric, resulting in a deep color. There is an effect that dyeing is achieved. As the fabric supplied into the steamer can becomes hot and humid, the dye applied to the fabric is dyed at a high speed, and the fabric is guided and transferred to the guide roll 7 in the high-pressure steamer. During this time (for example, around 5 seconds), the dye is completely dyed and the liquid is completely dyed.
be introduced within. Every time the fabric supplied into this liquid tank 12 is pulled out from the liquid tank 12,
3, the liquid is quickly replaced, and combined with the swelling action of the fabric due to the high temperature in the steamer, effective pre-washing is achieved.
The fabric prewashed in the liquid tank 12 is slowly cooled and further washed in the slow cooling liquid tank 62 , and then led out of the steamer can and transferred to the next process.

As described above, in the present invention, immediately after a fabric coated with a dye by a printing means is supplied into a steamer can where high pressure and moist heat is maintained, a dyeing solution containing sufficient moisture does not flow onto the unprinted surface of the fabric. The moisture contained in this dyeing liquid and the high humidity heat inside the steamer can increase the printed dye and the dye contained in the dyeing liquid to the inner core of the fabric. Since it is designed to penetrate at a high speed, the dye's dyeability is enhanced by the action of high temperature and high humidity.Furthermore, the dye does not fall off and almost perfect deep color dyeing is achieved, resulting in excellent color fastness. effective.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, the dyeing liquid is sprayed onto the entire back side of the printed fabric immediately before dyeing with the print dye, so print dyeing and plain dyeing can be done at the same time, which is faster than conventional methods. This has the effect of providing a dyeing method that saves thermal energy and water resources.

Furthermore, since the temperature of the dyeing solution sprayed within the steamer can be kept constant in accordance with the constant temperature inside the steamer can, there is also the effect that uniform and stable dyeing processing can be carried out continuously from beginning to end.
