[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention increases the yield of mushrooms compared to conventional cultivation methods when artificially cultivating mushrooms such as enoki mushrooms in a culture bottle filled with a culture medium, and water mushrooms are produced. First, it relates to a mushroom cultivation method that allows the growth of high-quality mushrooms with a mountain-shaped, voluminous feel.

For example, in the artificial cultivation of enoki mushrooms, the inoculum is first inoculated into the culture medium in a culture bottle and the whole culture medium is stirred with bacteria, and then the bacteria are scraped and placed in a cultivation room under specified artificial weather conditions.
Perform budding. Thereafter, the mushrooms are grown from the second culture medium to the vicinity of the upper edge of the bottle mouth while controlling the mushrooms so that they have the same stem length and cap size. After that, the bottle opening of the culture bottle is wrapped with paper in a cylindrical shape, and the mushrooms are placed in a cultivation room with predetermined artificial weather conditions and wrapped around the bottle opening of the culture bottle for a specified length up to the top opening edge of the wrapping paper. They are grown and harvested by turning them into bean sprouts.

However, when wrapping paper around the opening of the culture bottle mentioned above and turning mushrooms into bean sprouts to grow to a predetermined length, the length of the wrapping paper is usually long, 12 to 130 m, and it is difficult to wrap the paper in a cylindrical shape from the opening of the culture bottle. Because the distance to the top opening edge of the wrapping paper is long, in conventional cultivation methods, the growing mushrooms inside the wrapping paper near the bottle opening, especially the mushrooms that are in contact with the inner wall of the wrapping paper, are severely damaged due to the air flow being blocked by the wrapping paper. This is bad for the mushrooms, resulting in insufficient oxygen supply, which inhibits growth and causes mushrooms that cannot grow.In addition, due to poor ventilation, the growing environment becomes too humid, resulting in colored mushrooms, water mushrooms, and reduced mushroom quality. , which caused a decrease in mushroom yield.

The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned difficulties in the conventional mushroom cultivation method, and its purpose is to avoid the above-mentioned suppression period when mushrooms are artificially cultivated in a culture bottle filled with a culture medium. By adding a predetermined cultivation process before the growing season in which mushrooms are grown by wrapping paper around the mouth of the culture bottle and growing them into sprouts, the amount of paper wrapping during the growing season is reduced compared to conventional cultivation methods. A cultivation bottle was used that does not inhibit the growth of mushrooms near the inner peripheral wall and do not cause them to grow, or does not cause colored mushrooms or water mushrooms to appear, reducing the quality of the mushrooms, or reducing the yield of mushrooms. The purpose is to provide a method for cultivating mushrooms.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention involves elongating mushrooms that have sprouted from a culture medium to the vicinity of the upper edge of the bottle mouth of a culture bottle while suppressing the growth, and then wrapping a short cylindrical body around the bottle mouth of the culture bottle. It is characterized in that it stands up in a cylindrical shape above the mouth of the bottle and, while being suppressed again, allows the mushrooms to grow from the vicinity of the mouth of the bottle to the vicinity of the upper opening edge of the cylindrical body.

For example, when cultivating enoki mushrooms artificially in a culture bottle 10, mushrooms are sprouted from the culture medium in the culture bottle 10, and then the mushrooms are grown to the same length and cap size to produce high-quality mushrooms. While suppressing the growth of the mushrooms, the mushrooms are grown to a length that slightly protrudes upward from the bottle mouth 14 of the culture bottle 10, and then the mushrooms are grown in the culture bottle 1o as shown in FIG.
A wrapping paper 16 with a length of 12 to 130 m is wrapped around the bottle opening 14 of the bottle, and the wrapping paper 16 is made to stand up above the bottle opening 14 in a cylindrical shape, and the mushrooms are turned into sprouts inside the wrapping paper 16 until reaching the upper opening edge 18 of the wrapping paper 16. Before the mushrooms grow while growing upwards in the bottle opening 14 without spreading outward, a so-called suppressing cover for mushroom cultivation bottles (hereinafter referred to as A restraining cover (referred to as a restraining cover) 2o is wrapped around the bottle opening 14 of the culture bottle 1o, and the restraining cover 20 is made into a cylindrical shape and stands upwardly from the bottle opening 14. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the circumference of the upper opening edge 22 made of elastic plastic is used as the restraining cover 20 that allows the mushrooms to extend above the bottle opening 14 without spreading outward. The circumferential side of the cylinder 26, which is slightly wider than the circumference of the edge 240 and has a length of 3 to 7 cm, is divided in one place in the vertical direction, and the circumferential sides of the cylinder 26 in the vicinity of this divided edge 28 overlap each other. Then, the inside of this cylinder 26 is opened from the dividing edge 28, and the lower part of the cylinder 26 is wrapped around the bottle mouth 14 of the culture bottle 10 using the elasticity of the cylinder 26, and is locked to the bottle mouth 14. A conceivable example is one in which the mouth 14 is erected upward. However, after the short suppression cover 20 like a lever is wrapped in a cylindrical shape around the bottle opening 14 of the culture bottle 10 under cultivation after suppression and raised upward from the bottle opening 14, the suppression is continued again. The mushrooms are allowed to grow within the suppression cover 20 above the bottle opening 14 of the culture bottle 10 and grow up to the vicinity of the upper opening edge 22 of the suppression cover 20. Thereafter, the suppression cover 20 is opened again from the dividing edge 28 on the circumferential side and removed from the bottle opening 14 of the culture bottle 10, and the long wrapping paper 16 is wrapped around the bottle opening 14 according to the conventional cultivation method. The mushrooms are shaped into a cylinder and raised upwards from the bottle opening 14, and the mushrooms are turned into bean sprouts inside the wrapping paper 16 and grow until they can be harvested.

After controlling the artificial cultivation of mushrooms in this way,
A wrapping paper 16 is placed on the bottle mouth 14 of the culture bottle 10 to form a short cylinder 26 before the mushrooms grow to the point where they can be harvested.
If the mushrooms are wrapped around the bottle opening 14 of the culture bottle 10 to perform the above-mentioned so-called secondary suppression cultivation process, mushrooms can be grown by wrapping a long wrapping paper 16 around the bottle opening 14 in a cylindrical shape. Compared to the conventional cultivation method in which the mushrooms grow while turning into bean sprouts, the distance from the bottle opening 14 to the upper opening edge 22 of the cylinder body 26 is shorter, so that the mushrooms growing near the bottle opening 14 of the culture bottle 10 are not exposed to air circulation. This prevents the mushrooms from becoming discolored due to lack of oxygen supply and unable to grow, and from excessive humidity due to poor ventilation, and from causing water mushrooms.

In addition, compared to conventional cultivation methods, the suppression period is increased by the amount of the secondary suppression process, so even slow-growing mushrooms can catch up to the growth of fast-growing mushrooms during secondary suppression, increasing the suppression effect and increasing the height. You can grow mushrooms with full umbrellas. As a result, the number of mushrooms harvested per plant, that is, the effective mushroom stems increases, and the water content per mushroom can be kept low, thereby preventing the occurrence of water mushrooms.

In addition, in the mushroom cultivation method according to the present invention, compared to the conventional cultivation method, the cultivation period is extended by the so-called secondary suppression step, but in the subsequent step, a long length is added to the bottle opening 14. The wrapping paper 16 is made by winding the wrapping paper 16 into a cylindrical shape.
When the mushrooms grow while turning into bean sprouts, they extend from the bottle mouth 14 of the culture bottle 10 to the upper part of the kana, and the area near the top of the mushroom where the growth is most rapid is the second roll of paper 1.
6. Since the mushrooms have reached the middle part of the interior, the ventilation of the growing mushrooms is obstructed by the wrapping paper 16, resulting in a lack of oxygen supply. The growing period from the time mushrooms are turned into sprouts until they are harvested can be significantly shortened, and the overall cultivation period from culturing mushrooms to harvesting remains the same compared to conventional cultivation methods.

According to experimental results, for example, when cultivating enoki mushrooms, the yield per plant was 150 to 180 g at most using the conventional cultivation method using culture bottles, but with the cultivation method according to the present invention, the yield per plant was at most 150 to 180 g. 200. We are now able to ensure that we have more than 1.5 g of rice, and we have been able to increase the yield by more than 30%.

Additionally, by wrapping a long piece of wrapping paper around the mouth of the culture bottle, which is a time of unfavorable conditions for mushroom growth, the growing period can be shortened by turning the mushrooms into bean sprouts inside the wrapping paper, so that the mushrooms grow well together. , a large amount of high-quality mushrooms with full caps can be harvested, and the ratio of quality mushrooms to the total harvest amount has increased by more than 20% compared to conventional cultivation methods.
