Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一（１）表面に弾性表面波用電極を形成した圧電基板チ
    ップの外周に、裏面側よりも表面側が張り出した段差を
    形成するとともに、前記圧電基板チップの裏面が接着剤
    にてパッケージステム上に固着されてなることを特徴と
    する弾性表面波装置。 （２）圧電基板チップの裏面に、この圧電基板チップの
    段差に沿ったバルク波散乱用の凹溝が形成されてなるこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾
    性表面波装置。
