    出力電極が形成された弾性表面波素子を接着部材を介し
    てステムに載置固定された弾性表面波デバイスにおいて
    、前記弾性表面波素子が載置固定された前記ステム面の
    凹凸が略１０μｍ以下であることを特徴とする弾性表面
    波デバイス。
