Claims (1)

極性の第２トランジスタと、エミッタ接地型で前記第１
極性と逆の第２極性の第３トライジスタと、エミッタが
前記第３トラジジスタのベースに、ベースが前記第３ト
ランジスタのコレクタにそれぞれ接続された第２極性の
第４トランジスタと、前記第１トランジスタのコレクタ
電流を前記第４トランジスタのコレクタに流、
入させる手段と、前記第２トランジスタのコレクタ電流
を前記第３トランジスタのコレクタに流入させる手段と
、前記第１トランジスタのベース・エミッタ間に接続さ
れた第１抵抗と、前記第３ト、 ランジスタのベース・
エミッタ間に接続された第２抵抗とから成り、前記第１
及び第２抵抗の値に応じた所定の電流を前記第１及び第
２トランジスタのコレクタに発生する様にしたことを特
