第4トランジスタと、前記第1トランジスタのコレクタ

入させる手段と、前記第2トランジスタのコレクタ電流
を前記第3トランジスタのコレクタに流入させる手段と
、前記第1トランジスタのベース・エミッタ間に接続さ
れた第1抵抗と、前記第3ト、 ランジスタのベース・
エミッタ間に接続された第2抵抗とから成り、前記第1
