Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the transfer efficiency, by installing a write size setting register, a write permission size register and a comparator and eliminating the retransmission caused by the difference of transfer speeds between the input and the output. CONSTITUTION:The same address is set to a write address register 10 and a read address register 30 of a storage device M' in an initial mode.
