CONSTITUTION:A data frame which has been received at first is loaded on a write- in data bus 14 through a data switching circuit 6, is written in a storage circuit 7 by an output write instruction signal line 15 of a controlling circuit 5, and also is held by a data latching circuit 3. A data frame which has been received next is compared with a data which is received earlier and is stored in the circuit 3, by a data comparing circuit 4. As a result, if data are coincident, a comparison coincidence signal line 12 becomes ''1'', the data is inputted to the circuit 5, a counting circuit count instruction line 11 is made ''1'', and the data is counted by a counting circuit 2. The output write instruction line of the circuit 5 is ''0'', and its data is not written in the circuit 7.
