CONSTITUTION: The hot water in the system of a plant is heat-exchanged and cooled in a dry and cooling section 2 by the intermediary of the introduced air and heat transfer tubes, then is fed into a dry type cooling section 3, where it is heat-exchanged and cooled further by directly contacting with the fresh air on the surface of filling layers, and the cooled water is reserved in a water tank 4.
