Abstract

PURPOSE: To make rod movement proportional to electric current flow level in wide range by making the opposing faces of stationary magnetic core and moving magnetic core to tapered angle shape faces.
CONSTITUTION: When the coil 19 is energized, traction force generates in the core 25 against the core 23, and the rod 24 moves to the right direction as far as the inducing force balances with the repulsion force of the coil spring 26 and the valve body 29 separates from the valve seat 14 for the distance corresponding to the inducing force. The end 23a of the core 23 is angle shape, and is tapered at the inside face 23b of the both end projection surface. Because of this taper, proportional relation is obtained for wide range of electric current flow against movement of the rod.
