Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a ruthenium complex electrode having uniform property for photo responsiveness by making ruthenium complex in the form of a covering on the surface of an electrode. CONSTITUTION:A ruthenate complex is solved by an organic solvent such as acetone elcohol at a certain molarity. The molarity of the ruthenate complex is 1-10<-4>. The solution is evaporated by dripping a certain amount on the surface of an electrode keeping the solution horizontal or by gradually drying after spinner coating. For the electrode, platinum, palladium, chrome, nickel, aluminum and a glas plate or Nesa glass plate evaporated with these metals may be used. A high responsivity is obtained by covering the large electrode with the ruthenate complex.
