Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a printing device which can accurately print on the front and back surfaces of a container formed in noncylindrical shape in a short time by imparting rocking motion of a diameter set to meet the outer diameter of the container to the container and printing it at the predetermined printing position.
CONSTITUTION: A container N is secured by holding and interposing mechanisms B and A with the primary printing surface disposed upside, and is moved to the primary predetermined printing position on the lower surface of the first squeegee mechanism F by a table mechanism E. Then, a screen container 48 of the first squeegee mechanism F is lowered onto a container W, a squeegee 50 is urged to the surface to be printed of the container W, rocking motion moving qually to the movement of the container 48 at the speed in the same direction as the container 48 is imparted to the container W by a rocking mechanism D to print the container.
