Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to artificially regulate the radiating amount by a method wherein heat accumulating material and heat insulator are packed in a cylindrical vessel rotatably inserted in a heat insulating tank and the thermally contacting area of the cylindrical vessel with a heat transfer layer is changed by rotating the cylindrical vessel.
CONSTITUTION: When the cylindrical vessel 4 is displaced by rotation in the state as indicated in the figure (A), because of the whole periphery of a heat accumulating tank 5 being covered with the heat insulating tank 3 and the heat insulator 6, the heat gain accumulated in the heat accumulating material is kept within the material with no radiation. Next, when the cylindrical vessel 4 is displaced by rotating for 180° in the state as indicated in the figure (B), because of the heat accumulating tank 5 contacting with a heat transfer layer 2 through the peripheral surface of the cylindrical vessel 4, the heat gain accumulated in the heat accumulating material is radiated from a radiator through the heat transfer layer 2.
