CONSTITUTION:A pump 5, a mixer 3, and a pressure valve 9 are connected with a passage pipe 8 to form a circulation pathway. A mixed liquid composed of two or more liquids is circulate by the pump 5 under a condition that the discharge amount of the pump 5 is made greater than the flow rate of discharge and also the discharge pressure of the pump 5 is made greater than the pressure of the pressure valve 9. Thus, even when only one pump is used, the mixing of liquids can be effectively performed, and also the area of floor space required, power to be consumed, and other costs are reduced.
