Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the mixing of fluids quickly by utilizing positively the turbulence of slipstream by making up the blow-off pipe of a liquid mixer of the main pipe and a nozzle and attaching the exhaust port of the nozzle in place within the backflow region of the main pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a fluid mixer for denitrification in which ammonia is added to waste gas, a blow-off pipe 13 through which one fluid is injected is provided inside of a fluid piepline 11 for another fluid. The blow-off pipe 13 is provided with the main pipe 15 along a direction 14 of crossing the flow direction 12 of one fluid, which consists of a nozzle 17 with an exhaust port 16 within the slipstream region of the main pipe 15. Since the mixing of fluids utilizes the turbulence of the slipstream of the main pipe 15, the ejection rate of another fluid can be made small and also the blow-off mechanism such as pump, etc., can be miniaturized.
