Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution with less interference, by channel selection of a TV electromagnetic wave signal including VHF and UHF bands by the use of common mixer circuit and local oscillation circuit and by setting an IF frequency higher than the TV electromagnetic wave signal frequency. CONSTITUTION:Signals of low, medium and high band in VHF are received at an antenna 40 and an UHF signal are received at an antenna 41, and BPFs 42, 43 are switched with an output of a tuning voltage generator 31 to a common local oscillator 24 for tuned for band separation. After PIN variable attenuators 44, 45 operated as AGC, the output is amplified at amplifiers 46, 47 and inputted to a common mixer 23. The output of the mixer 23 is outputted via a surface acoustic wave BPF25.
