Abstract

PURPOSE:To utilize a mixing means as an amplifier, by connecting the output of UHF tuner section through the switching means to the forward stage of mixing method of a VHF tuner section. CONSTITUTION:Signals sent from a VHF tuner section 19 are taken out from an output terminal 18 by passing through a switching circuit 43, a mixer 14 which is driven by a local oscillator 16 and an intermediate frequency amplifier 15. Signals received by a CATV tuner receiver 42 and a UHF tuner receiver 32 are switched and separated respectively by a switching circuit 43 and taken out from the terminal 18 through the mixer 14 of the VHF tuner 19. Therefore, each signal is switched and separated in the circuit 43 and is supplied to the mixer 14 which operates as an intermediate frequency amplifier. Then, simple circuit construction is realized.
