Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the magnetic reluctance in the void and to improve the cooling efficiency of the movable coil for the subject actuator by a method wherein magnetic fluid is filled in between the magnetic gap, formed between the shaft section of the inner yoke and the outer yoke, and the movable coil which was inserted in said gap. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic fluid 11, wherein fine grains of iron oxide of several tens-several hundreds Angstrom , for example, are stably dispersed in water or ester oil, is filled in the magnetic gap 6 formed between the outer circumferential surface of the shaft section 3a on the inner yoke 3 and the inner circumferential surface of the aperture section 2a on the outer yoke 2a and the movable coil 4 which was inserted in the gap 6. Accordingly, magnetic reluctance can be reduced greatly and the cooling efficiency of the movable coil 4 which will be heated can also be increased.
