Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable accumulating and discharging of energy effectively and safely, by a method wherein a counter electromotive voltage set control value is increased when a revolution of a direct current generating motor is more than a set point and is decreased when the same is less than the set point on the electric power accumulating device of contact line for the electric car of a flywheel type.
CONSTITUTION: Quantity of an electric current which the direct current motor should flow is instructed to a field controller 9 of a direct current motor connecting the fly wheel directly to a rotary axle by a difference between a controlled value at a back electromotive voltage offset control system 22 and a detected value at a back electromotive detector 21 through a current offset controller 15. The difference between this controlled value and a feed back signal from a current converter 13 together with the feed back signal enter a field current controller 17 through a current controller 16, which actuate a power source of a thyristor type through a phase control circuit. When the revolution 11 is more than the set point a maximum speed limiter 23 gives an increased signal and when the revolution 11 is less than the set point a minimum speed limiter 24 gives a decreased signal to the above counter electromotive voltage set control value respectively, which controls the revolution of the flywheel within a predetermined range.
