PURPOSE:To make it possible that the receiving system establishes and holds automatically the synchronization rapidly and stably, by providing a means which has an independent frame detection system and generates a frame synchronizing timing for a receiving signal to control the receiving synchronizing system. CONSTITUTION:A means is provided which transfers contents of respective bits of the second PN signal generator, which is operated by the output of the second clock signal generator which is different in frequency from the clock signal of a delay lock tracing loop for synchronization holding, to respective corresponding bits of the first PN signal generator. For example, the synchronization relation to a receiving signal is monitored continuously by a frame detecting system consisting of the second clock generator 21, a PN signal generator 20, and a frame detector 22, and the code state of the PN signal generator is transferred to a PN signal generator 10 for receiving to synchronize an input signal (b), and further, the synchronization is held by the action of a delay lock loop 16.
