A pseudo noise series PN1 is also supplied to a frequency divider 16, the switch 17 is controlled with the output, and the PN1 is switched with a PN2 of a delay device 15. A signal of an input terminal 18 is supplied to a relay device 4 through a signal transmission cable 31 of a transmission line 21, and via a terminal I1.
