Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out a transmitting action even in case a fault is decided mistakenly, by securing a continuous switching action up to a certain value in counting of the pulses given from the transmitter fault detecting circuit for the transmitter automatic switching circuit which is used in a radio repeating device. CONSTITUTION:In the active mode of the transmitter TX1, the transmitter fault detecting circuit 5 monitors the output of the TX1 and then delivers the signal TA when detecting a fault. Thus the FF4 is set to operate the relay EX. Then the TX1 is switched to the transmitter TX2, and the first stage is set for each of the counters FF1-FF3 when the signal TA becomes 0. In case the TX2 has some fault with production of the signal TA, the relay EX is actuated by the FF4 to switch the transmitter to the TX1. At the same time, the FF2 of the 2nd stage is set for the counter. In such way, the switching is given three times to set the FF3 of the counter. Then the FF4 is locked under a set state by the output of the FF3, and no switching is given thereafter.
