CONSTITUTION:The output of comparators COMP1, COMP2 is (11) when two signal systems A, B are both normal, (01) when the signal system A only is normal and (10) when the signal system B only is normal. In the latch circuit consisting of gates G1, G2, the G1 outputs ''1'' when the input is (01) to switch a selector switch S1 to the signal system A and to output the signal to the output terminal OUT. The G2 outputs ''1'' when the input is (10), the S1 is selected to the signal system B to output the signal.
