Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable automatic power generation by installing a submersible tank having the built-in air pump equipped with a water introducing port and a drain pipe in its lower part and converting the hydraulic pressure energy coming in from the water introducing port into air pressure and storing the energy and revolving an air turbine.
CONSTITUTION: If a start valve 22 is opened at the time when the prescribed submersion of a submersible tank 2 is completed, automatic pump operations, for example water pumping, reaction, and drainage with a water introducing pump 3 are repeated and continued automatically in response to the deep water pressure. As a result, when the internal pressure variation phenomenon due to the internal pressure squeeze through sharp increase of the water pumped-up in the water introducing pump 3 and due to drainage operation as the repulsive action for the said squeeze are generated, the air pump mechanism having the piping from the upper side wall of the water introducing pump 3 starts operation.
