Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to compress an input level variance, by controlling a variable amplifier only with a signal detecting an objective reception burst head non-modulation part. CONSTITUTION:A burst signal received at an input terminal 1 passes through a variable amplifier 14 and split into two at a hybrid 2. One is inputted to a detector 4' via a BPF3 passing only through carrier. The output voltage of the detector 4' is sampled only for the detected voltage of the carrier at the head non-modulation part of the received burst signal at a sampling circuit 5 and other parts are in holding. The output voltage of the circuit 5 is smoothed at an LPF6 and given to a divider 11 and also fed back to an amplifier 14. Thus, the amplifier 14 is controlled with a signal detecting the reception burst head non-modulation part to be objective. Thus, the objective burst signal only can be kept constant at all times. Thus, the input level variance can be compressed.
