Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent not only deterioration of a transfer efficiency but also deterioration of a dynamic range, by making a signal charge transferring circuit between two charge transfer elements a circuit configuration in which an emitter-follower type transistor is not used. CONSTITUTION:BBDs 10, 10' are driven by common clock signals phi1, phi2. From delay output terminals of signal phi2 and phi1 systems of these BBDs 10, 10', terminals A1, A2 and B1, B2 are led out respectively. Between these terminals A1, B2 is connected a transistor TR Qa, and between the terminals A2, B1 is connected a TR Qb. To the base of the TRs Qa, Qb is applied a control signal synchronizing with the signals phi1, phi2, from an input terminal 17. According to this constitution, since an emitter-follower type TR is not used in a signal charge transferring circuit, there is no possibility at all that the transfer efficiency is deteriorated due to flow-in of a base current, and the dynamic range of a signal is deteriorated due to influence of collector-base interterminal capacitance of said TR.
