Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the generation of crack and break, by attaching a linking plate to a core block and removing it after comb tooth shaping, in the manufacture of laminated core using hard and fragile high permeability material such as sendust. CONSTITUTION:Two channel type blocks are made by using a material such as sendust. A rectangular link plate 3 is bounded to a core butt plane (a) of one block 1. A link plate 4 is bonded at the back surface b of another block 2. Comb teeth are shaped to a depth in the link plate 3 of the block 1 from the back side b to form a comb tooth 5. The comb teeth are shaped to a depth to the link plate 4 from the core butt plate (a) for the block 2 to form a comb tooth 8. The comb teeth of the blocks 1, 2 are geared. Thereafter, clamping is made toward lamination direction by using a clamp tool and the bonding of the plates 3, 4 is removed to form an insertion block. Heat treatment is made to remove processing distortion and cooling is made, and both the blocks are bonded by applying an organic adhesive with insulation to a gap of the tooth, and a laminated core is made by cutting off the block.
