Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a dimensional error of each section and to increase stopping accuracy of a motor by holding laminated electric iron plates by holding plates and cutting off and removing unnecessary parts of holding plates after applying works to products which are made together as a unit. CONSTITUTION:Core materials 5 and 7 are made by laminating an appropriate number of electric iron plates, and are held by two holding plates of side plates 9 and 11 and an intermediate plate 13, then are clamped by a bolt 15 which is a binding material. The dimension of binding surface for the side plates 9 and 11 and the intermediate plate 13 is of the same dimension as the lamination surface of core materials 5 and 7. The clamped core materials are mounted to a milling machine, and the pole teeth of the part in proportion to the magnetic poles 17, 19, 21 and 23 are cut off and worked together with the side plates 9 and 11 and a part of the intermediate plate 13. After working the pole teeth, each interpole and its end sections of core materials are cut off and removed together with the side plates 9 and 11 and the intermediate plate 13. Finally, unnecessary parts in the longitudinal direction of the side plates 9 and 11 and the intermediate plate 13 are cut off and removed to form the magnetic poles.
